Preface: While working as a special teacher for deaf children in rural areas who are deprived from taking education because there is no special school and there is no education facility. Shri Subhash Katyarmal Sir realized this and started a school for the mentally challenged children at Sevdham Maitimand resident school in Koregaon Bhima from 2005 free of cost to such students, with government permission... Looking at the difficulty of land acquisition, Shri Prakashji Dhoka Saheb helped through Chandrakrash Foundation to build a spacious building at Pimple Jagtap which helped in the educational development of these special children. This helped in bringing special children to the mainstream of education and making them self-reliant and rehabilitating them for the empowerment of children.
