Our restaurant strives to satisfy every one of our customers. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of food, we are unable to accept any food returns back to our restaurant. We can cancel your order and refund your money back only in the case that food is not prepared and cooked, except for that, no refunds are available if you change your mind after the food has started cooking. In the event that food your received is wrong, that means different with your order, or in some case you don't like the food, we can work with you to replace or substitute any one of our items, please call us immediately after you receive your food... Sichuanese Cuisine Restaurant, also known as "Old Szechuan Restaurant" in Chinese, was originally founded by Chef Kao Hsiao-Sung in Seattle Chinatown in 1992.
