Rates below are valid 7:00am-11:00pm, 7 days a week. An additional charge of $20.00 is added to all calls occurring 11:00pm-7:00am and during those overnight hours, our company policy requires that all calls must be prepaid by credit or debit card prior to our unit responding, we cannot accept cash between 11:00pm and 7:00am. Prepaid calls are not refundable under any circumstance... All battery jump start service calls include battery and alternator testing and battery terminal cleaning. We will also check the age of the battery and recommend when you should plan to replace it... Price is valid for unlocking the passenger compartment of any vehicle regardless of the year, make or model. An additional charge may apply if the keys are locked inside the trunk and additional steps have to be taken to gain access to the trunk.
