Brian is a Director and Stevens Construction Corp. Shareholder. He strives to provide leadership, knowledge, creativity, professionalism and integrity to ensure the best bottom line for Stevens' clients. Brian has a Masters of Business Administration from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville. He also holds an OSHA Certificate for 10-Hour Safety Training.

Dave Schroeder

Dave began his career as a structural engineer, serving in that role for eight years. He transferred his engineering skills to general contracting in 2006 and worked in building information modeling, quality assurance/quality control, design-build management and operations. Dave joined Stevens in 2015 as a project manager and transitioned to the preconstruction team in 2019. He was added as a Stevens Shareholder in January 2023. When not at work, Dave is an ardent mountain biker and skier. He graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on Structures.

Jim is the director of our Minnesota operations. He is responsible for continued management of senior level projects, while developing key client accounts within numerous market segments. Jonathan Koch

Jon is responsible for the general oversight of the Stevens project management staff. He ensures the successful execution of all Stevens projects during construction. Jon strives to exceed expectations for schedule, quality and safety, in addition to building positive relationships with owners and design professionals. Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking, downhill skiing and keeping up with his kids' sporting events. Jon graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor and Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in both structural design and construction management.

Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer and President for Stevens Construction Corp. He is responsible for all business functions and the ultimate performance of Stevens, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Leading the treasury, accounting, administration, risk management, human resources, information technology and safety departments, Mark works strategically with all company leaders to ensure the enduring prosperity of Stevens. Mark is also responsible for upholding the consistent application of Stevens core values throughout the company: Integrity, Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, and the Development and Empowerment of Quality People.

Matt Cool

Matt Goebel - Shareholder

Matt is responsible for estimating, purchasing, scheduling, cost control and all aspects of successfully executing assigned projects during construction. This includes management of the Stevens Construction Corp. Superintendent and field forces, material suppliers, and subcontractors on our mid-rise and high-end interior projects. Matt exceeds expectations for quality and safety, in addition to building positive relationships with owners and design professionals.

Matt Hartenstein

Matt has been an integral part of the Stevens preconstruction department for 18 years. He is responsible for overseeing preconstruction operations company wide and became a Shareholder in 2019. Clients, design team members and subcontractors appreciate Matt's ability to build accurate, dependable budgets and help the team achieve those budgets through design, contract and construction. Matt and his team are ready to tackle opportunities of all shapes and sizes and share a positive, will-do attitude. He enjoys deer hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Matt graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Construction and a minor in Business Administration.

Steve Vogt

Steve is a serving Stevens Shareholder with over 27 years construction industry experience and 25 years with Stevens. As the Vice President of Construction Operations, he is responsible for all aspects of field operations and self-performed work. This includes oversight of field supervisors, labor and equipment. Steve exceeds expectations for quality and safety and strives to build trusted relationships with owners and design professionals. He works closely with the design team to coordinate and plan all self-performed work. When Steve isn't on a jobsite or planning new initiatives, he enjoys boating, skiing and softball. He attended Clemson University and Construction Supervisor Academy.
