Martin joined the firm in December 2013 having qualified in February 2003. Martin specialises in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions and business sales and acquisitions. He has also undertaken liquor licensing applications and corporate support work.
Paula joined the firm in January 2008. She studied at Lady Margaret Hall Oxford and qualified in 1988. She specialises in Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Estates and Trusts and has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 1994*.
She also deals with Court of Protection matters, lasting powers of attorney and advice regarding care home fees. Paula has experience in property and residential conveyancing and is the senior reporting officer for the accreditation to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Richard joined the firm in 1987 specialising in Commercial and Business Law having qualified in 1986. He became a partner in 1990 and provides a substantial range of Business Law services rarely found outside much larger commercial centres including Company Law, Company and Business purchases and sales; Partnership Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Employment Law, Commercial Conveyancing and all areas of Business and Property Law.
