Working at Weaver's, AJ's days can cover a wide variety of tasks ranging from sales and estimating, to many hands-on tasks as well. He loves the team atmosphere and the way he and his fellow employees work together to meet goals. When not at work, AJ enjoys fishing and boating - or shopping for a new boat, as he currently is!

Bob Neuenschwander

Growing up on his Dad's farm gave Bob plenty of chances to build things, but it was a school shop class that perked his interest in carpentry as a career. In 1985 he began working for a small construction company as a laborer. He paid close attention to whatever he was helping with and quickly moved into the role of lead foreman. As projects grew and details increased, Bob thrived on the daily challenges. In his role as a Superintendent, Bob appreciates the team approach that the crew here at Weaver's takes toward jobs. This approach not only involves support and positive encouragement but also the freedom to make decisions in the field. He enjoys the challenge of working with different people each day and the enjoyment of giving clients a top-quality product. During his spare time, you can find Bob camping with his wife in their RV, hunting, hiking, or putting together a jigsaw puzzle; but his best days are when he's able to spend quality time with his grandkids.

Brittany Pineda

After serving as a medic in the army, Brittany decided to apply her love of helping others and keeping operations moving forward, in a new direction as a project coordinator for the commercial team. She loves the family atmosphere and teamwork that happens here at Weaver's. In her role she doing her takes care of many details that ensure successful projects. Some days she brings her dog "Loki" to work with her as an "assistant" to the "coordinator." When not at work, Brittany & Loki enjoy traveling and hiking. Other times, Brittany can be found relaxing with a good book or crocheting.

Chris Martin

As part of the Roofing and Exteriors team, Chris is one of the initial points of contact with potential new customers. Chris enjoys meeting prospective clients and using his years of experience to find the best possible solution to meet their needs. Chris started at Weaver directly out of high school. What is the most important to him about working at Weaver's is the professionalism, honesty, and true hard work that is put forth on every project that is completed by the Weaver team. When not working he enjoys being with his family, going to the mountains, hunting, riding 4 wheeler's and watching Philadelphia sports!

After beginning his career working in maintenance and learning various carpentry-related skills, Craig became intrigued by using those skills to improve overall building maintenance and in turn provide a better quality of life for owners, tenants and guests. Craig finds the compassion of the owners, and the standard of excellence in employees' work, qualities that set Weaver apart. Working in an atmosphere of mutual respect translates into excellent customer service. Craig carries his love of carpentry home with him and enjoys woodworking in his spare time. Other hobbies include boating, kayaking, fishing, or spending time with his family.

Dylan Ray

Dylan started working as a carpenter framing houses in Virginia. Later when he moved to Pennsylvania he continued advancing his construction career, becoming a superintendent. His days are spent coordinating schedules and overseeing each detail of onsite construction work. He is grateful for the way the management of Weaver's cares about the well-being of their employees and grateful for his fellow employees whom it is enjoyable to work with. Whenever he has the time, Dylan enjoys using his pellet smoker, camping, being outside, or spending time with his family.

Eric Ackerman

Building things has always been a source of enjoyment for Eric, and he can remember using scraps of plywood to build a clubhouse with neighborhood friends when he was 10 years old. Now as a Project Manager he is able to use his love of building to coordinate between our construction team and clients to make sure what they are envisioning comes to life! He believes that communication is the key to a well-run project and has found that the Weaver staff is solid, consistent, and team-oriented both in the field and the office. The collaboration of each individual's skills, experience, and expertise proves to be invaluable when taking on construction projects of any size or complexity. When not at work he enjoys spending quality time with his family going on beach and cabin trips, golfing, fishing and hunting.

Evan Martin

Guy Glowitz

Guy has always enjoyed building things - working with his hands and quickly seeing the results of his work take shape. His journey in construction began by working in a cabinet shop, later moving on to working for a general contractor in commercial construction, a four-year carpentry apprenticeship, and a range of different roles in both commercial and residential construction. Working now as a Commercial Construction Director of Operations, he is excited about the challenge and opportunity of overseeing and coordinating the various commercial projects - ensuring that they move forward on-schedule and on-budget - both meeting and exceeding our client's expectations. The management of Weaver's extends kindness, commitment and seeks to make everyone feel a part of their vision and family. That creates an environment where everyone in the company is able to take ownership of what they do, and employees truly enjoy coming to work each day - which is something that is truly remarkable to Guy. In his spare time, Guy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, camping, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing.

Hunter Marcum

Growing up with his dad working in the construction industry made Hunter feel like a career in carpentry was a natural fit. He loves the family atmosphere that is found at Weaver! Hunter has had the opportunity to work on several jobs in penthouse suites in Philadelphia where he has found the added details and challenge of working with high-end finishes very rewarding. Riding motorcycles or ATVs and hanging out with his family are activities that Hunter enjoys in his spare time.

Jay Stoltzfus

Jay has been working in the construction industry for over seventeen years. He enjoys envisioning the plan before the project has started and then seeing the final job at completion. The aspect of his job that he loves the most is meeting with different people on a daily basis. Jay also enjoys meeting and solving the client's needs in each of their projects. Jay loves the family and Christ-centered work environment and values each employee's honest and high-quality standards. He enjoys how Weavers strive to put the customer first and goes the extra mile to exceed the expectations of the customer. In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and watching & playing a wide range of sports.

Jeff has worked in the construction field for many years. The most enjoyable aspect for him has always been working with homeowners. His current role in residential sales allows him to meet lots of new people and work with them to get their homes back to being a place of comfort. From upper management to those on the field, Jeff firmly believes that the best part of working at Weaver's is the amazing people that he is able to work with on a daily basis. As an avid outdoorsman, Jeff says there is nothing better than spending time in the outdoors with his family enjoying the beautiful creation God has given us to be stewards of and seeing God's craftsmanship in nature.

When at the age of 16 his father made the decision to become a general contractor, Jesse started helping out and found that improving the businesses and homes of clients was a part of his work that he found very enjoyable. Since joining the Weaver Team he's found that everyone pulls together to make sure the project and people have what they need to be successful in both pre-construction and during construction. "Working together from the very beginning ensures that when we start something we finish it well." While not at work, Jesse spends as much time as possible with his wife and four children. They enjoy games, sports, and being outdoors. He also enjoys living out his dedication to his faith in Jesus and his church by helping with music, teaching, and serving others.

Kevin is driven by detail, order, and new ideas that increase overall efficiency. As Director of Finance, he is responsible for directing and overseeing all portions of Weaver Companies' accounting and finances which includes creating relevant reports and information needed for the team's success. Having grown up in a family construction business, Kevin has learned the skills of building from a young age, having spent many summers as a laborer and carpenter. Additionally, he has always had an intense interest in numbers, charts, and cash flow. Today, as Director of Finance for Weaver, he is able to use these two core skills simultaneously. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and 4 children. They enjoy vacations to the cabin, traveling to Montana, and spending time at home on their farmette. Days spent outdoors; road bicycling, camping, and backpacking are always highlights. He is also actively involved with his church.

Larry Weaver

Having spent his career working in commercial contracting, concreting, roofing, and residential custom home design, Larry found that specializing in one trade rather than collecting a general knowledge of several has been a fun challenge and a great fit for him. Years spent in general contracting, now serve him well as he works in roofing estimating for projects that Weaver Roofing subcontracts for other prominent regional general contractors. Larry appreciates the team spirit and fun atmosphere that fills his workdays. His current position gives him the freedom to be innovative. GC sales are also fitting for his introverted personality! When not at work, Larry can be found behind the lens of a camera, putting miles on his motorcycle, traveling, safely enjoying firearms, or studying philosophy and psychology.

Straight out of high school, Mike began working for a two-man carpentry business that specialized in small renovations and restorations. After a year there, Mike was given the opportunity to work for Weaver when they were completing a project for his parents and has never looked back! Mike gives sole credit to a very creative and talented high school shop teacher, who has become a lifelong friend, for his interest in the building industry. Mike appreciates the "God and family first" approach to life priorities at Weaver. In the years of his career here, he says "I have heard nothing but praise and appreciation for the employees of the company which attests to the truly great character of the leadership that is in place here." The teamwork is what Mike enjoys most about Weaver. It takes time and dedication - from estimating, sales, selections, project management to onsite foreman and crew - which is an incredible process that, when managed correctly, runs like a well-oiled machine. It is rewarding for Mike when he sees projects come to fruition and the joy his team's work brings to clients. Outside of work, Mike enjoys vacations to the beach with his family, camping trips, surf fishing, and golfing.

Quinten Zwally

Strategizing the best way to take a project from blueprint to reality is where Quinten comes in. He customizes our approach to the needs of each individual client for both commercial and residential building projects, matching their needs along the way with the manpower needed to get to completion. His goal is to bring transparency to the whole production process while collaborating on all levels to make the process as smooth as possible. Building has always been in his family's blood. His grandfather was a fine furniture maker, and his father is a skilled cabinetry installer, so he carries on a proud family tradition by working at Weaver. With his family background and 15 years of hands-on field experience in construction, Quinten has a great understanding of the day-to-day needs of a job site. That understanding enables him to keep projects flowing smoothly and to deliver a positive experience for our customers. When the workday is over, the family evening begins. He coaches Little League baseball and plays softball. Quinten enjoys hunting and fishing and family camping trips, and he serves in a leadership role at River of Life Ministries. A philosophy that has always served him well is "Stay focused on the task at hand and always respectfully receive suggestions, praise, and criticism from others."

Randy Weaver - EVP

Randy grew up around the family business and worked at the company over the summers doing everything from sweeping floors to pouring concrete. After graduating from High School he decided that he wanted to make a career in the construction industry and started to work for Weaver full time. He worked in almost every position starting out as a general laborer, to foreman, to service, to sales, management, and now co-owner of the business. Through these experiences, he learned the function and importance of every role and how it really takes a team to build a successful project and a successful company. He has now been involved with the company for over 20 years. Through involvement with his church, professional industry associations and peer groups like Vistage Randy continues to be committed to a life of learning and growing both personally and professionally. Randy's responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction to the Roofing Services team, corporate business development, and marketing. He is passionate about maintaining a company culture that is dedicated to exceptional customer service, premium craftsmanship, and delivering on our promises every day. Randy is married with 6 children and enjoys going to his children's sports and dance events, the great outdoors, golf, and traveling.

Roger Stauffer

Ronald Rohrer

As a young man Ron grew up on a farm where working hard was a daily norm. Doing construction jobs, both at home and for friends, and at church, was what he really enjoyed. After he got married and moved off the farm he got a job with a construction company and has been working in the construction field ever since. As a construction estimator, Ron spends most of his days communicating with subcontractors or helping the project managers understand estimates and job proposals. Ron appreciates his fellow coworkers and how the owners of Weaver take care of their employees. In Ron's time away from work his enjoys working around his home, doing projects for his wife, and helping their children with projects at their homes. He enjoys watching and following sports. Ron also spends a great deal of time involved at his church with a men's group and ushering at weekend services.

Ryan Montgomery

Ryan Zimmerman

During high school, Ryan worked summer jobs that included roofing, masonry, and siding. Having had a taste of construction and thinking that drafting might be something he would enjoy as a career, Ryan chose to shadow a couple of Weaver's employees that did drafting and estimating for his high school Sr. project. Toward the end of his Sr. year, the employees he had been shadowing informed him that Weaver was interested in hiring a draftsman and would be willing to train him. He applied and was hired. Taking a customer's dream and turning it into a design and reality for a price that fits their budget has indeed turned out to be a career Ryan enjoys. Ryan is appreciative of the care that Weaver's has for their employees. Not only are employees compensated well for their work, but the leadership also goes above and beyond that by caring about all facets of their lives. Weaver's is a Christ-centered company and it shows in the way they treat employees, customers, and the community. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children. Together they are in the process of starting up their own small hobby farm. When not working on their farm, Ryan enjoys all kinds of sports and any time spent outside.

In his free time, Steve loves being outdoors, working around outside his home doing landscaping, and working in his flower beds. When he's not doing that he can be found relaxing by running and spending time with his wife and three children.

Tim Crouch

Todd Griffen

Towards the end of college, Todd became fascinated with all phases of the building process and decided to pursue a career in construction. In his role as a Commercial Estimator, he works with subcontractors and vendors to collect and analyze details for potential projects and finds fulfillment in being able to put together and complete a proposal that ultimately results in a job being awarded. Working at Weaver's he has appreciated the team collaboration from concept to completion on each project and the consistent sense of employee value created by the leadership team. Outside of work Todd enjoys playing golf, hiking, camping, and fishing with his wife and three children.

Tristan Hurst

Building things has always fascinated Tristan, as a child he started out creating things with Legos and later spent time on excavation job sites with his father watching and learning from skilled tradesmen. After high school, Tristan decided to pursue a career in construction and found that working as an electrician fit his love for detail-oriented and meticulous work. Now as a Residential Project Manager he uses his skills and problem solving to orchestrate the behind-the-scenes mechanics that are needed to make a project move smoothly and with the best possible outcome. Tristan appreciates the way the team at Weaver's goes the extra mile for each other and the value they put into their employees both at work and beyond with their "family first" policy. Outside of work Tristan, his wife, and 2 energetic sons enjoy trips to the cabin which allow them to slow down. He also loves doing projects around the house and can be found wading through the water fishing in his free time.

Growing up Tristan enjoyed helping his dad and grandpa with whatever they were building and at the age of 5 showed up to his kindergarten career day in one of his dad's "Weaver Roofing" shirts because he knew he wanted to work in roofing! What Tristan appreciates most about Weaver's is the genuine care they have for their employees and customers. "Promises Kept" is one of the company taglines and he believes they do their best to honor that value by making sure projects are a joy to go through and not a negative experience. He also appreciates how Weaver encourages young employees to step into new things and equips them well to do them. In his free time, Tristan enjoys going to the cabin, hunting, and playing disc golf.

Vonda Stoltzfus

In her current role of Marketing and HR Assistant, Vonda's responsibilities are quite varied. Some days she can be found updating Weaver's social media sites or helping department managers promote their vision. Other days include helping to recruit and onboard new team members, maintain records and resources for the team, and coordinate training events. Vonda finds it easy to advocate for a company like Weaver because they genuinely care about each and every customer and because they take great effort to stand by their word. That same responsibility and concern is also shown toward employees, creating a work environment where everyone is encouraged to do their very best - and empowered to do it! Vonda's bent towards creativity doesn't end at work. Her hobbies include flower arranging and dreaming up new projects around her home. She and her husband enjoy riding a motorcycle, traveling, spending time at the cabin with friends and family, or watching sports together.
