Dr. Elizabeth B. Lewis is co-founder of Indy Dental Group. She has over 26 years of experience in general dentistry and is respected for her expertise in the field of comprehensive cosmetic and family dentistry. She has pioneered a path of excellence in both patient education and delivery of dental care.
Dr. Lewis received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1992. Born and raised in northern Indiana, she completed her undergraduate coursework at Indiana University in Bloomington, where she majored in biology. Her background and expertise have allowed her to develop a highly successful post-graduate associateship program.
Through the years, Dr. Lewis has shared her expertise with new dentists, offering them the opportunity to learn the latest trends in dentistry and practice management. Her reputation as a leader in quality dentistry reaches not only dental students and new graduates, but also to colleagues who seek her out for her experience and counsel. She has helped to train and educate many Indiana associate dentists on their journeys toward success, many of whom have gone on to own and operate their own private practices.
Dr. Lewis is passionate about providing the best possible dental care and using the latest technology and best products and treatments the world of dentistry has to offer. Today, she enjoys practicing at all her offices and is committed to providing the best comprehensive dental care to the entire family.
In her free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys reading and taking part in the activities of her two children. She and her husband, Dr. Miller, remain active in the racing industry with their son, who is quickly becoming a standout in go-cart racing.
Dr. Jack M. Miller is the co-founder of Indy Dental Group and a veteran three-time Indianapolis 500 race car driver, earning him the title "The Racing Dentist." He is also a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry, an Eagle Scout, and a commercial rated pilot. Dr. Miller was born and raised here in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is considered one of the most recognized dentists in the world today with over 26 years of experience.
Dr. Miller has used his platform as an Indianapolis 500 race car driver to establish a national dental health care educational program, changing the face of dentistry here in Indiana and across the nation. Through Dr. Miller's racing/dental education efforts, he brings renewed positive energy about the importance of good dental health to people throughout America. His program has educated more than a million youths on the importance of dental health care. What's more, Dr. Miller's efforts have been sponsored by major dental health companies. He has traveled widely with this national dental health care education program while racing in the Indy Racing League.
Appearing before schools with his Indy race car to share his experiences, Dr. Miller has educated students nationwide about the benefits of good dental health. A talented speaker, Dr. Miller has been invited to lecture at nearly every dental school across the country, including both Indiana and Harvard University. His "practice management" lecture was deemed by dental students as one of the "most important lectures" during their education, and his expertise in practice management and business have made him a sought-after speaker for dental schools, dental associations, and dental companies. Dr. Miller's unique blend of accomplishments in racing with his professional knowledge and skill in dentistry combine to provide a positive experience.
For many years, his presentations have resulted in better dental health habits for school children of all ages. They have also helped dental school students hone their skills for future patients and have inspired other dentists to provide the best possible care to patients and their communities. Many dentists across the country have actively participated in Dr. Miller's educational program and have provided dental care as part of it, coordinating their practices with Dr. Miller's appearances to result in a large and effective national outreach to youth. People enjoy his message of success in any effort and have been informed by him, in positive settings, about the importance of their own dental health.
The same theme continues in the Carmel office, where one of his Crest® Indy Cars is mounted on the ceiling of the reception room and his race history memorabilia decorate the walls. Dr. Miller also enjoys being an accomplished commercial rated pilot and taking part in the activities his two children are involved in. He and his wife Dr. Lewis remain active in the racing industry with their son, who is quickly becoming a standout in go-cart racing. Dr. Miller is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.
Dr. Jessica Bolander is experienced in providing comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on family and preventative dentistry. She has years of experience in private, corporate, and military (United States Air Force) dentistry.
Dr. Bolander comes to Indy Dental Group from the Fortville/Fishers area. She graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 2001 with a B.S. in biology. She then graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2005. To ensure that her patients receive the highest quality care available, she continues to learn through continuing education courses. She is very passionate about maintaining the oral health of patients and their families and will take the time to educate you about your condition and provide you with comprehensive dental care that always has a gentle touch.
When not in the office, Dr. Bolander enjoys spending time with her two little girls, her family, and her friends. She always looks forward to meeting new faces and ensuring a pleasant visit by providing high quality, comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on preventative care.
Dr. Mallorie Lawson is a 2016 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She grew up on the northeast side of Indianapolis in Lawrence Township. She attended Indiana University Bloomington for undergraduate studies earning a B.A. in biology, and she attended Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis for graduate studies earning an M.S. in biology. While at IU Bloomington, Dr. Lawson participated in Student Athletic Board for all four years as a chair and director/executive V.P for Men's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Track/Field.
While in dental school, Dr. Lawson participated as a member of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) and as a student provider at the Student Outreach Clinic. In 2014, Dr. Lawson was awarded the Steven L. Bricker Memorial Award scholarship for oral diagnosis and treatment.
She is currently a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lawson is committed to providing quality comprehensive dental care with emphasis on patient education and preventative care in a gentle, personable environment. By developing thorough treatment plans with her patients and providing the highest quality care, Dr. Lawson hopes to educate her patients in oral health and show the positive effects on their lives.
In her free time, Dr. Lawson enjoys boating, gardening, and golfing. She lives with her husband, as well as their Miniature Schnauzer and several tropical fish.

Dr. Megan Avery is a 2016 graduate of Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine - Illinois in Downers Grove, Illinois, and a 2012 graduate of Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, graduating with a BA in biology. She is originally from Bolingbrook, IL, a suburb of Chicago, but moved to Indianapolis in 2016.
What Dr. Avery enjoys most about dentistry is the relationships she develops with her patients. She values your dental health, and it is her mission to create a warm and trusting environment to encourage regular visits to maintain a healthy mouth. Patient education is a top priority, and Dr. Avery works to help you understand both treatment needs and preventative strategies. She enjoys working with adults and children alike, and would love to be your family's dental care provider.
Dr. Avery is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Avery loves spending time with her family, boyfriend, friends, and three dogs. She loves Aerosmith and enjoys watching the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Cubs.
Dr. Meredith Ginet is a 2019 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana and attended Yorktown schools. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 2015 with a B.S. in Human Biology with a minor in medical science.
While in dental school, Dr. Ginet received several academic awards and served as the community service chair for her graduating class, where she got the opportunity to share her passion of being involved in the local community and providing dental education and treatment to those in need.
Dr. Ginet's favorite part of dentistry is establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with her patients. She aims to provide quality dental care in a trusting and comfortable environment, and help patients see how their oral health affects their overall health.
In her free time, Dr. Ginet enjoys spending time with her husband, playing tennis, trying new restaurants, and reading a good book.

Dr. Olga Molin received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. During her time in IU, Dr. Molin exceeded clinical requirements with goals of providing impeccable care and establishing relationships with patients. She was recognized as someone who demonstrated academic excellence through clinical activity and skillful management of patient care as well as named top clinical student for two years in a row.
Dr. Olga Molin is originally from Belarus. She came with her family to Miami, Florida in 2003 where she spent most of her life and attended Florida International University earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
Dr. Molin has a passion for excellence and a love of learning. She wants each patient to understand all of their options and recognizes the importance of staying current on topics, techniques, and technologies in the ever-changing field of dentistry. She strives to provide a calm, relaxing, and educational experience for her patients and looks forward to building many more great relationships in her career in dentistry.
To provide the best options for her patients, Dr. Molin is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Indiana Dental Association.
Outside of creating beautiful healthy smiles, Dr. Molin values spending time with her husband and their 100-pound American bully who truly believes he is a lap dog. They enjoy playing tennis, hiking and other outdoor activities as well as board games, puzzles, and many other detail-oriented activities.
Dr. Philip Hoyt graduated from IU School of Dentistry recently in May of 2017 in the top 10% of his class. He has been a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana all his life, growing up in Castleton and attending Washington Township schools. Dr. Hoyt has been a patient himself of Indy Dental Group with Dr. Elizabeth Lewis ever since he was little at their old Nora office, where his path to Dentistry all began. In high school, he shadowed with Dr. Lewis and developed a passion for the profession of Dentistry.
Dr. Hoyt studied at Purdue University in West Lafayette where he received his Bachelors of Science 2011 with focus in General Health Sciences. After completing a dental internship for 1 year, and he pursued advanced education, receiving his Masters of Science from Purdue University on the IUPUI campus downtown Indy. He was accepted into IU School of Dentistry in 2013, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2017. There, he focused on providing patients with excellent dental care, performed research in Cavity Detection Technology, and studied current and leading advances in Dentistry. He participated in Kids Club and community outreach programs such as Seal Indiana and the Student Outreach Clinic, providing dental care to underserved populations of greater Indianapolis. His first and foremost goal at Indy Dental Group is to provide patients with exceptional Comprehensive Dentistry while taking genuine interest in their lives and their care. He continues to enhance his knowledge and skills by taking advanced continuing education courses in Dentistry. Dr. Hoyt is currently a member of the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Hoyt spends time with his wife Alyssa and two-year old son, Eli who loves to play outside. He enjoys watching movies, reading books and spending time with friends and family. He loves the outdoors, and is a big fan of the Indianapolis Indians, the Pacers, and the Colts.
