Becky is the Practice Manager at Spall Clark Solicitors and deals with the day to day operations of the firm, strategic and business development together with advertising and marketing. Becky also qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has experience working in both litigation and private client where she developed a particular interest in advising elderly and vulnerable clients. Becky understands the local community well having spent time most of her life living in Congleton and has spent over 8 years in the legal profession working in Cheshire and North Staffordshire.

Paul Clark is our managing director. He is full member of STEP and a member of the Law Society Private Clients Solicitors Section advisory committee. He covers all aspects of private client law and specialises in cross border estate planning and advising business owners. Paul is the managing director of Spall Clark Solicitors. He is a solicitor, full member of STEP and sits on the advisory committee of the Law Society Private Client Section. He has more than 14 years of legal experience in private client work and has a specialist focus on international matters. He is a director and founding member of South Cheshire Law Society. Paul is a long time supporter of local charities such as SUSO in Macclesfield and Dementia Friendly Sandbach. He was previously a trustee of SUSO and a volunteer legacy officer at East Cheshire Hospice. He enjoys spending his spare time exploring local restaurants, walks in the countryside and watching European television drama. Paul lives in Congleton with his wife Becky, dog Lola and Rabbit Ebony. Sarah Bushell TEP

Sarah Bushell is a STEP qualified solicitor. She has previously worked in both Congleton and Macclesfield and acts for many local clients. Sarah deals with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate. Paul is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section advisory committee. Sarah is a solicitor specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and has extensive experience in advising individuals and families. Simon Heapy

Simon is a specialist Court of Protection and Contentious Probate Solicitor. He is highly respected lawyer and has been named as a leading individual by the Legal 500 (2016) and Chambers & Partners (2016 and 2018). Prior to joining Spall Clark Solicitors as a consultant, he was a partner at a leading law firm in Manchester and spent time working at a solicitors in Macclesfield. Simon grew up in a village near Macclesfield and he still lives in the town to this day. He spends his spare time following football (Macclesfield FC) and cricket, and is a keen guitarist and music lover. He is also fond of red wine and travelling. Simon Heapy is a highly respected solicitor and has previously been named in Chambers and Partners as a leading individual in Court of Protection work.
