Gary has years of experience of running building sites of all shapes and sizes. He is naturally a really organised person, so takes great pride in keeping Willan Living's sites neat and tidy. His high standards haven't gone unnoticed, and he has received several awards for his overall site management, including health and safety matters and general tidiness.
Jamie really enjoys the technical aspects that come with building and has an eye for design. In his spare time, you're most likely to find him in his workshop crafting pieces of furniture and practicing his expertise. He started work as an apprentice joiner and moved up through the roles of joiner then head joiner and site manager before becoming Head of Construction at Willan Living.
Jay started out as a labourer for Willan Living and went on to develop his skills as a bricklayer. In recent years his determination and hands-on approach has allowed him to fulfil the role of Site Supervisor. He loves the outdoors and takes being on-site in all weather conditions in his stride. On his lunch break, you might find him exercising his well-trained dogs who regularly accompany him to work.
Jenna always puts herself in other people's shoes making her an expert at looking after her client's needs. From her earlier days working as a sales executive at various sites throughout Cumbria her career evolved to running a digital agency before becoming Head of Sales at Willan Living. With her naturally friendly and approachable character, she always makes her clients feel at ease and spreads sunshine wherever she goes.
From an early age, Jonathan has been building things and so his move to the family business was an obvious one. He started working for Willan Living back when it all began, and his work ethic and people-focused approach to development has allowed him to naturally work his way up to becoming MD of the company.
Joshua has always been involved in family businesses from his parent's local butchers to working for a large multi-industry family-run firm. He likes the operational side of things and takes joy in seeing a whole project come together from the structure to the people who create and use it. His operational skills and family-orientated approach have helped him fulfil the role of Project Manager at Willan Living.

If you've met Natasha, then you'll have come to realise that she likes things just so. She really enjoys reading and learning new skills and always asks lots of questions. She started working for the company in its earlier days picking kitchen and bathroom finishes, and lending a hand wherever needed. Her detailed orientated approach has allowed her to work her way to becoming Head of Brand and Business Development at Willan Living.
Stephen has always been a part of the family businesses since his days working on the family's Cumbrian farms and livestock auctions over the pond in Canada. His worldly experience has shaped his role at Willan Living where he works in the office as one of the companies directors. He enjoys walking and cycling and spends his weekends exploring the local landscape.
