KITTLE GROUP - Key Persons
In order to help deal with the ever increasing demand, Kittle hires its first graduate, Chris. He joins on a part time basis to shadow Alan and learn the job. Chris would go on to become a Senior Writer, and now leads our Quality Assurance.

Alex joined Kittle Group as a Bid Writer in January 2019. As one of Kittle's more experienced writers, his skills include criminal justice and custody, facilities management, transport infrastructure, and defence. Alex is also qualified as a PRINCE2 practitioner, which allows him to support clients in the management of their bids.
Ben joined Kittle Group in August 2021. He holds a degree in English from the University of Oxford. Ben's training and development will be supported by a Senior Bid Consultant and our internal mentorship scheme.
Ben joined us in 2022 after achieving a BA in English Language from Lancaster University. He is particularly interested in information technology and charity bids. His favourite part of the role is figuring out the best and most efficient way of answering technical questions to construct high-quality bid responses.
Bryony is our latest addition to the Business Development team. With an MSci in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham, she began her career with a year of hands-on work in laboratories at GSK. Through this experience, Bryony learnt she enjoyed problem solving, communication and methodological approaches, and decided to use this in an exciting business context. In 2023, she transitioned her skills and joined Kittle Group where she brings a unique perspective to sectors like biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
Calum joined Kittle Group in January 2018. As a Senior Bid Writer, Calum leads writing teams on highly complex and resource-intensive bids. His specialisms include justice and immigration, soft and hard FM, and Tier 1 construction.
Calum has an MSc in Ancient History from the University of Kent and a BsEcon in International Politics and Military History from Aberystwyth University.
