"The company rolled out the launch of a new gene therapy agent in the U.S. We had limited understanding of the regulatory environment and stakeholder landscape in Europe. We worked with Armour Life Sciences to explain the regulatory environment and identify key stakeholders in the region to educate and develop a campaign around. We were surprised to learn the deep relationships Armour had with key stakeholders and even happier that through their connections we were able to arrange a private meeting to introduce the company and clinical program and ask for navigation advice. Their advice was used to build our European regulatory foundation specific to our molecule and position us for EU approval early next year.
