Central Liverpool Primary Care Network is a group of nine GP practices, working with others, with the aim of improving health and wellbeing and addressing health inequalities in central Liverpool... Our team of pharmacists work across the practices in the network, looking at ways of making sure the thousands of prescriptions issued each month are done with safety and efficiency, and helping patients to understand their medication, particularly when it becomes more complex with multiple items.
