ETIENNE ORR-EWING

Etienne is a passionate advocate who has devoted his career to representing injured people and helping them achieve the best possible outcome. As a former varsity and professional basketball player, Etienne has transferred his work ethic, competitiveness and drive on the court into leveling the playing field between large corporations and injured individuals. Etienne has appeared at every level of Court in British Columbia and has consistently shown he is willing to go the distance for his clients.

NICHOLAS PETERSON

Nick graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law where he obtained his J.D. (with Distinction). Prior to attending law school, Nick obtained a B.A. in Criminology while at the same time working throughout the lower mainland for a tree company engaged in the removal of haz ardous trees. Since a young age Nick has understood the value of hard work - in his former life Nick has been employed in the carpentr y trade, the restaurant industry, and spent time sorting lumber on the "green chain" at a lumber mill.

SIMON COLLINS

Simon has been exclusively representing people injured by the fault of others since he was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2010. Simon represents people suffering from traumatic brain injuries, broken bones, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, psychiatric injuries (including post-traumatic stress disorder/PTSD, anxiety, somatic symptom disorder/SSD and depression), vestibular injuries, headache disorders, and a wide range of other types of injuries. Simon works hard to ensure his clients have access to the best treatments available to assist in the recovery process and to ensure that his clients are fairly compensated for their harms and losses at the conclusion of the case.
