Amy is a highly experienced Business Mobile Specialist. Having previously worked as Head of Mobile for TFM Networks and latterly as Corporate Solutions for Elite Group PLC, Amy has a high level of product and industry knowledge. Her personable style ensures that she develops close relationships with customers and demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times.
Andrew is a comms industry stalwart, with a career spanning over 40 years. Across key roles in sales, management and marketing, Andrew spent over 19 years with Vodafone, 10 of which were at board level as Sales Director of Vodafone Connect Ltd (In-Direct channel). Following that, Andrew held further key CEO/Board roles at Anglia Telecom, Symphony, Redstone, and for the last 12 years as Operations Director of Qualitel Voice & Data (later rebranded Elite Group Mobile following the sale and integration to Elite Group PLC). Previously acting as a Non-Executive Chairman, Andrew is now taking a more ‘hands on' approach in day-to-day operations as the company sets about its 5 year plan.
Dan Barnett UC Tech Support & Delivery Dan is an experienced telecoms technical expert, specifically helping to deliver support and technical knowhow to customers. He works closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth deployment of Complete Voice & Data's various products.
David is an experienced marketing professional, with particularly extensive experience in the telecoms sector. He was previously Marketing Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team. David provides marketing support to the business development team and general activity to increase visibility of the Complete Voice & Data brand.
David is a highly experienced and knowledgeable UC & Cloud professional. Having previously worked as Head of the UC sales team at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, David has almost 20 years experience in the field. His product and technical knowledge ensures that he finds the right solution for each client.

Emma is an experienced business development and account management expert, with over 15 years experience in the telecoms sector. She has previously worked at Elite Group PLC, working with the Complete Voice & Data management team. Emma works on new business acquisition, specifically mobile.

Jane is a highly experienced Business Development professional, and has worked as a business mobile expert for over 15 years. She has managed the business mobile accounts of a number of corporate clients. Jane offers a wealth of experience and takes pride in providing a tailored, personal service to her customers. She was previously at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team.

Before taking up this equity role within Complete Voice & Data Solutions Ltd, Karen previously held key roles within the communications industry, including Corporate Development within Vodafone in (1995-2001) and also Indirect Channel Manager and Corporate Solutions Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data (2011-2020).
She has proven capabilities in both the public and private sectors and her industry knowledge, professionalism and commitment is clear.
Lauren is an experienced Head of Service with a demonstrated history in the telecommunications industry. Having worked previously for Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly for Elite Group PLC, she has almost 10 years of experience in telecommunications customer service. Her role includes customer service, technical support, sales order processing functions and to liaise with the network operators and suppliers.

Matt is a highly experienced technical communications expert, with over 15 years of experience. Having previously worked as the mobile technical expert at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, Matt has an extensive knowledge of U.C., cloud and mobile product technology and deployment. Matt is also a customer-facing facet of the business, working closely with customers to find a resolution to any issues that may arise.
Mike has extensive experience in the comms industry, and was the founder and Managing Director of the award winning Qualitel Voice & Data Ltd, established 2003. The business was built on high levels of customer service delivery, ongoing account management and retention, and in 2014 with a turnover exceeding £6 million was acquired by Elite Group. Mike was retained in his role by Elite Group Mobile for a further 5 years, finally exiting in June 2019. Mike has worked with the mobile networks at the highest level, and is a respected and trusted leader within the comms industry, now spearheading Complete Voice & Data Solutions into this decade.
Rachel is an experienced financial controller. Having previously worked at Elite Group PLC, she has previously worked alongside the management team at Complete Voice & Data. Her role involves accounts payable, invoicing and general financial duties.
