Amy is a highly experienced Business Mobile Specialist. Having previously worked as Head of Mobile for TFM Networks and latterly as Corporate Solutions for Elite Group PLC, Amy has a high level of product and industry knowledge. Her personable style ensures that she develops close relationships with customers and demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times.
Andrew is a comms industry stalwart, with a career spanning over 40 years. Across key roles in sales, management and marketing, Andrew spent over 19 years with Vodafone, 10 of which were at board level as Sales Director of Vodafone Connect Ltd (In-Direct channel). Following that, Andrew held further key CEO/Board roles at Anglia Telecom, Symphony, Redstone, and for the last 12 years as Operations Director of Qualitel Voice & Data (later rebranded Elite Group Mobile following the sale and integration to Elite Group PLC). Previously acting as a Non-Executive Chairman, Andrew is now taking a more ‘hands on' approach in day-to-day operations as the company sets about its 5 year plan.
Ben Gregg has over 20 years experience in IT industry, and having jointly set up Complete IT Systems Ltd in May 2007 now employs over 60 people across offices in Glasgow, Bradford & Leicester. Ben has vast experience at most technologies and roles in the sales of IT to SMB and Corporate clients.
Latterly, as IT & Comms move ever closer towards becoming one in the business sector, Ben has recognised the need to enhance the current Complete IT Systems portfolio, with an aligned Complete Voice & Data product set - thereby delivering the entire suite of our clients needs over a true end to end delivery, and underpinned with a best in class service wrap.
David is an experienced marketing professional, with particularly extensive experience in the telecoms sector. He was previously Marketing Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team. David provides marketing support to the business development team and general activity to increase visibility of the Complete Voice & Data brand.
David is a highly experienced and knowledgeable UC & Cloud professional. Having previously worked as Head of the UC sales team at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, David has almost 20 years experience in the field. His product and technical knowledge ensures that he finds the right solution for each client.

Jane is a highly experienced Business Development professional, and has worked as a business mobile expert for over 15 years. She has managed the business mobile accounts of a number of corporate clients. Jane offers a wealth of experience and takes pride in providing a tailored, personal service to her customers. She was previously at Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly Elite Group PLC, working closely alongside many of the current Complete Voice & Data team.
From 2006 Julie held the key role of Finance Director at Qualitel Voice & Data, and was a key figure at management and board level. Julie covered all areas of finance and business related procedures. Following the acquisition of Qualitel by Elite Group in 2014, Julie was retained in this key role until mid 2018, and oversaw the integration of finance into group. A highly experienced financial operative and Sage specialist, Julie now holds a key role alongside the other board members at Complete Voice & Data Solutions.

Before taking up this equity role within Complete Voice & Data Solutions Ltd, Karen previously held key roles within the communications industry, including Corporate Development within Vodafone in (1995-2001) and also Indirect Channel Manager and Corporate Solutions Manager at Qualitel Voice & Data (2011-2020).
She has proven capabilities in both the public and private sectors and her industry knowledge, professionalism and commitment is clear.
Lauren is an experienced Head of Service with a demonstrated history in the telecommunications industry. Having worked previously for Qualitel Voice & Data and latterly for Elite Group PLC, she has almost 10 years of experience in telecommunications customer service. Her role includes customer service, technical support, sales order processing functions and to liaise with the network operators and suppliers.
Mike has extensive experience in the comms industry, and was the founder and Managing Director of the award winning Qualitel Voice & Data Ltd, established 2003. The business was built on high levels of customer service delivery, ongoing account management and retention, and in 2014 with a turnover exceeding £6 million was acquired by Elite Group. Mike was retained in his role by Elite Group Mobile for a further 5 years, finally exiting in June 2019. Mike has worked with the mobile networks at the highest level, and is a respected and trusted leader within the comms industry, now spearheading Complete Voice & Data Solutions into this decade.
Having over 30 years experience serving Business I.T. needs, Paul set up Complete IT Systems Ltd back on the first of May 2007. Since then, they have achieved strong growth by working hard and delivering on their promises. An IT value added reseller with specialisations in thin client, security, virtualisation and digital display equipment., in 2012 they were awarded Yorkshire's fastest growing medium sized company and gained further plaudits by outperforming every other Kaspersky partner in the UK. As the I.T. and Comms landscapes become one, Paul has seen the need to have a dedicated Voice & Data Solutions business, to further enhance the Complete offering to its valued client base.
