As a resident of Newmarket for over 35 years, Brenda has been actively involved in the community, and has watched York Region grow and expand. She know the core neighborhoods of Newmarket inside and out, from schools and shops to Parks and trails. She is also very familiar with surrounding areas such as Aurora, Keswick, Bradford, and East Gwillimbury.
Her background began in the Equestrian world where she worked and rode with some of Canada's Top Riders. In 1986 she entered the Travel business where she owned and operated Travelogue Travel for over 20 years, and won numerous awards for Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Service, commitment, and dedication are qualities that are very important to her, which she brings forward to everyone she works with. Communication is key, and she am always personally available to you.

Moving to Newmarket in 2005 with her husband and 2 small children, Carole has enjoyed raising her family in this community over the past 17 years. Her background began as a legal secretary where she worked for both the private and public sectors. She then studied and became an interior designer and enjoyed a 30-year career as a designer, facilities specialist and a workplace designer. Her love of interiors and extensive project management led her to the world of real estate.
Carole is a key team member who makes sure the client files are meticulously handled from start to finish, ensuring that all the paperwork gets completed and sent off to the lawyers for closing. Her role is all about the customer experience, maintaining professional relationships with clients and service providers, supporting the team and managing all transactions to a smooth and seamless closing.
Born and raised in Newmarket, Darcy began his career in Real Estate in 2005 with Coldwell Banker right after graduating from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
His focus is to be a trusted advisor, that is dedicated to putting the needs of his clients first while helping them navigate the big decisions they are faced when buying and selling their homes and investments.
