Aindrea Conroy

Aindrea Conroy practices primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense, but has experience in all of the firm's practice areas. Aindrea joined the firm in 2011 after judicial clerkships with the Honorable Durke G. Thompson of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Aindrea is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, in the District of Columbia and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Aindrea Conroy is a lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area and attended Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School. Aindrea is a 2004 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business, majoring in Finance. Aindrea received her Juris Doctor in 2007 from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Aindrea is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Women's Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She believes that lawyers have an obligation to serve their community beyond the practice of law and is an active member of both the Bar Association of Montgomery County and the Maryland State Bar Association, being routinely appointed to leadership positions. Most recently, Aindrea has served as Co-Chair of the Bar Association of Montgomery County's New Practitioner's Section, on the Bar Association of Montgomery County's Executive Committee, on the Bar Association of Montgomery County's annual Special Olympics project, the Inspiration Walk, Committee, on the Bar Association of Montgomery County's Leadership Development Academy Committee, on the Bar Association of Montgomery County's Strategic Planning Committee and on the Maryland State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section Council.

Colleen Coffman

Colleen Coffman practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, family law, and estate planning and administration, but has experience in all of the firm's practice areas. Colleen joined Ethridge Quinn after a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mary Beth McCormick in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, Colleen graduated from Gaithersburg High School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. Colleen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Following graduation from law school, Colleen was selected to serve as adjunct faculty advising law students enrolled in a writing course offered by the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Colleen is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Maryland and she is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. She has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2018 through 2022. Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and dog and rooting for Maryland Terrapin basketball.

John "Jack" Quinn

Jack has practiced law in Rockville, Maryland since 1975 and founded Ethridge Quinn in 1987. Jack has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of jury and non-jury cases. He is a Member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars. He is also a Member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States Circuit Court for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Kathleen Wright

Kate Wright focuses her practice on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, family law, and estate planning, but has experience in all of the firm's practice areas. Kate, a native of Frederick County, Maryland attended Urbana High School, and graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and a minor in Spanish. Kate received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Kate was a Dean's Scholar; served as Associate Editor on the Intellectual Property Law Journal; participated on the National Mock Trial Competition Team; was a Law Achievement Scholar in Civil Procedure; and received the Highest Grade Award in Legal Writing. In addition, she represented clients as a Rule 16 Student Attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic and completed a judicial internship with Judge Alexander Wright, Jr. of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Margaret "Mimi" Teahan

Margaret "Mimi" Teahan has extensive criminal defense experience and has tried hundreds of cases to verdict in Maryland courts. For over twenty years, she was a trial attorney with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, having served in Baltimore City District and Circuit Court from 1995 - 2002, Washington County Circuit Court in 2003 and Frederick County Circuit Court from 2003 - 2017. Mimi also represented her agency in the Maryland General Assembly, testifying regularly before committees in both the Maryland Senate and the Maryland House of Delegates. Mimi's practice now focuses on criminal, traffic, and family law matters.

Michael L. Rowan, Ethridge Quinn's managing partner, is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the highest honor available to a trial lawyer. He has held an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell for approximately fifteen years. Mike practices primarily in the areas of family law, civil and business litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and worker's compensation. Mike is a lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area and a graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC, the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Mike served as law clerk for the Honorable William C. Miller of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and joined the firm of Quinn & McAuliffe as an associate upon completion of his clerkship and has been with the firm's successors since 1995. He is active in the Bar Associations for the State of Maryland, the Counties of Montgomery and Frederick, and the District of Columbia. Mike was appointed by Governor of the State of Maryland to serve on the Montgomery County Trial Courts Nominating Commission, which approves applicants for judicial positions. He served on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association as well as being the Chair of its Judicial Selections Committee, while also being a member of the Negligence, Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Mike is a member, by appointment of Maryland's Court of Appeals, of the Character Committee for the Maryland Court of Appeals, and previously served as the Treasurer for the Committee to Retain the Sitting Judges of Montgomery County. Mike is active on numerous civic committees, local charities and community groups, including coaching youth sports in football, basketball and baseball. Paul F. Kemp

Paul F. Kemp has practiced law in Maryland since 1974 and in the District of Columbia since 1976 and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the highest honor available to a trial lawyer. He has held an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell in excess of thirty years. Paul focuses his practice in litigation in the state and federal courts, primarily in the area of white-collar crime and general criminal practice. He also practices in civil litigation and in various professional licensure administrative hearings. Among numerous awards and citations, Paul was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for White-Collar Criminal Defense. In December 2007, 2009, 2012, 2015, and 2019, Paul was named a "Top Washington Lawyer" in white collar and criminal defense by Washingtonian magazine. In 2008, 2009 and 2010 Paul was included in Maryland and D.C. Scott Hartinger

Scott is also a trained mediator. Scott is a 1993 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland and received his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Following law school, Scott served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James L. Ryan in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. Scott practices in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, where he is admitted to practice by the following courts: Court of Appeals of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, District of Columbia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Timothy Price

A general practice attorney, Tim Price has over 30 years' experience meeting clients' needs in the areas of estate planning and probate matters, family law issues, and business transactions. Tim works with clients to develop long term legal solutions for their family, including wills, trusts, advance directives, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. He also assists clients with probate and will and trust administration. In family law matters, Tim represents litigants in divorce and helps resolve custody disputes. The Montgomery County and Frederick County Circuit Courts frequently appoint Tim to serve as personal representative in probate matters; to serve as the guardian of elderly, disabled adults' property; to represent elderly and disabled adults in guardianship matter; and to represent minor children in custody disputes. Tim advises small and medium size businesses in a wide variety of transactions, including buy-sell agreements, corporate management, shareholder and member buy-outs, and sales or purchases. He guides his clients through each stage of the process, from contract negotiation, to drafting the appropriate documents, to execution. Tim serves on the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of Frederick County and is the chair of the Elder, Guardianship, and Estates and Trusts Section. Additionally, he holds memberships in the Maryland State Bar Association's Business Law, Estate and Trust Law, Elder Law, and Family Law Sections, as well as the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Bar Association of Georgia. Tim's Wife, Alison, is the Senior Associate Dean of George Mason University's Law School. Tim and Alison have three sons and live in Chevy Chase.
