Essential Right - Tell the government not to deny access to your chosen wellness products!... Personal inhalers exist in many other areas and they are not considered for tobacco for good reason. Their purposes are to relieve congestion for example. But no reasonable person would consider a steam inhaler to be tobacco. What we produce are wellness pods that contain therapeutic botanicals. Everything from chamomile to lavender to eucalyptus. Wellness pods contain only essential oils, vegetable glycerin, and water... I don't think the Attorney General is doing this to be malicious. He just doesn't realize the importance of aroma therapy in the lives of millions of Californians. People have a right to choose and it is simply misguided to treat everything that produces a vapor as tobacco.
