Angela Epstein

Angela is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who was raised in Salt Lake City and graduated from East High School. After graduation, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science and Physician Assist degrees from the University of Utah. She has thirty plus years of experience, many of which were spent working in underserved areas of Utah. For the past several years, she has focused on providing psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.

Donald C. Fletcher

Job Titles:
  • Medical Doctor
Dr. Fletcher is a medical doctor with specialty focus in Addiction Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is credentialed for use of buprenorphine with patients. He is interested in caring for those with either substance use addictions (opiates, stimulants, alcohol, tobacco, etc) or behavior addictions (sex, gambling, etc.). Dr. Fletcher has reached the academic position of full professor and been awarded a distinguished alumni award by his alma mater. He has participated in research funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), Veteran's Administration (VA), and numerous private foundations. He has many publications in peer reviewed literature and given numerous lectures in the US and abroad.

Matthew Andersen

Dr. Andersen received Medical School and Residency training at the University of Utah in Family Medicine with special training in addiction treatment and has extensive experience treating patients suffering from the disease of addiction. Dr. Anderson works as a consultant for both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. He is board-certified in Addiction Medicine.

Melissa Eldredge

Melissa is a Salt Lake native who attended Westminster College, studied nursing and graduated from the Bryman School in Medical Assisting. She enjoys photography and baking for her family and friends.

Nikki Pituckul

Job Titles:
  • Registered Nurse
Nikki is a psychiatric Registered Nurse. She earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and Nursing from Weber State University. She worked for six years as a Registered Nurse at Salt Lake Behavioral Health, a psychiatric hospital specializing in mental health, substance use disorders, and detoxification. She is dedicated to professionalism, showing genuine compassion to help you feel comfortable and well cared for during your visit. As a Registered Nurse, she understands the link between health promotion and disease prevention, and will assist patients to heal and recover in a safe environment.
