Branden Siazyondo is a Risk Management expert with over 10 years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Fraud Risk Management, Forensic and Investigative Audit in the Financial Services Industry.
Branden holds a Master of Science in Risk Management and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance. He also has the following certifications; Fraud Risk Management, Certified Forensic and Investigative Audit Professional, and Certified Enterprise risk management. He is an associate of the Institute of Risk Management Zambia and the Institute of Internal Auditors Zambia.
Chana is a Communication and Branding expert with over 20 years' experience in corporate communications in the banking, aviation, marketing and advertising sectors. She is an ambitious, confident and well-presented strategic thinker & negotiator with the poise and etiquette to deal effectively with stakeholders across the business spectrum. She has held various senior positions in multinational organization, which includes Managing Director-Ogilvy (Zambia and Tanzania), Corporate Communication Consultant - Cavmont Bank Limited (Zambia), Head of Customer Service and Brand Management-ZANACO (Zambia), Country Manager-British Airways (Zambia) and Communications Manager Barclays Bank Zambia Plc.
Chana holds an MBA in Global Executive Programme and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications.
Chimuka Sonia Mulomba is an experienced corporate lawyer and legal practitioner with over six years' experience in both private and corporate practice. She is well vest in corporate governance, Litigation and legal affairs management. Prior to joining FINCA, she held the position of Associate Advocate in the renowned corporate firm of Theotis Mataka and Sampa Legal Practitioners.
Mrs. Mulomba holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia and is duly admitted to the Zambian Bar eligible to practice before all superior Courts in the Country. She is currently pursuing her Master of Law Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Lusaka.

Chris Kizza is a Financial and Management expert with over nineteen years of progressive international experience in Microfinance Banking, organizational transformation, leading digital innovation and executive leadership experience. Prior to Joining FINCA Zambia, he was also part of the Executive team that led to the business turnaround of FINCA Malawi in 2010.
Mr. Kizza holds a Masters of Science in Finance and Accounting and an Honors Degree in Commerce from Makerere University. He is also a graduate of the Centre for Financial Inclusion at African Board Fellowship, Harvard Business School (Boston-USA) in Strategic Leadership and Financial Risk Management at Citigroup and World Bank.

Collin Muyanja is a telecoms industry and management expert with over fifteen years executive leadership experience. He worked for MTN in Uganda and Zambia as a Sales and Distribution Director and prior to that in Celtel Uganda before resigning to pursue private business. He is currently involved in various private enterprise projects in the region including construction, manufacturing, property development and agribusiness
Mr. Muyanja holds a Bachelor of Arts and MBA from Makerere University. He has completed executive development and leadership programs at Global Institute of Business Science (GIBBS) and Telecoms Academy Informa (UK).

Danny Luswili is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with over thirty years' experience. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance (B.Acc), a Master of Science in Strategic Business Management (MSc), a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants and a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA).
Frank Gamble previously worked with FINCA as Deputy Regional Director Africa in 2013 to 2014 and re-joined FINCA as a Consultant in late 2016. His current role is to assist the CEO Andree Simon, as well as the country businesses with developing and executing clear strategic focus and he is currently the Chair of FINCA DRC and sits on the Audit and Risk committees.
Frank holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Dundee, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland (ACIBS) and a Fellow of the PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management.

Freddie Kandiwo is a commercial banking and microfinance expert with over 25 years work experience in Trade Finance, Operations management, Capacity Utilization Management, Business development, and Credit Management. Prior to joining FINCA, he held various roles in Barclays Bank Zambia Plc (Now ABSA), Barclays Bank Kenya (now ABSA), Investrust Bank Zambia, Madison Finance Company.
Freddie holds a BSC in Financial Services from the University of Manchester (UK), is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and has also attended Business Simulation Training with Active Operations Management (UK).

Kelvin Manda is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 16 years of progressive and extensive experience in both commercial banking and microfinance sectors.
Kelvin is a Certified Chartered Accountant and holder of ACCA and BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). He has worked for Barclays Bank Zambia (now ABSA) in various roles for 9 years which includes Finance, Management Assurance and Internal Control. Prior to joining FINCA, Kelvin held a position of CFO and Head - Internal Audit at Express Credit and United Bank for Africa (UBA) respectively.
Lameck Zimba has vast experience in the financial sector, having worked for the central bank (the Bank of Zambia) for about thirty (30) years where he gained invaluable experience in supervising both commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions in his capacity as the Director of the Bank Supervision. Lameck has an Associateship Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers at City Banking College in the UK and a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Zambia.
Lenganji Simawe Sinyinza has 19 years' experience in Micro finance sector covering Operations Management, Performance Management, Sales and Distribution and Training and Human Resource Management. Since joining FINCA in 2003, Lenganji has held various positions at FINCA Uganda and FINCA Zambia. Currently, he holds the position of head of Commercial at FINCA Zambia.
Lenganji holds a Diploma in Marketing from Copperbelt University, CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing and has attended various Management courses that include; Continuous Professional Development in Human Resource Management, TOT as FDA (FINCA Development Academy) Facilitator in Dar es Salaam, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People workshop, Change Management and Team building workshop, FDA Mid-Level Manager Training - People Management.
