Upon her retirement in 2008, Ms. Corvi concluded a 34-year career with The Boeing Company, a diversified aerospace company, where she most recently served as Vice President, General Manager of Airplane Programs, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, a position she held from 2005 until her retirement. Ms. Corvi is Chair of the Personnel & Compensation Committee and is a member of both the Technology Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee.

David J. Morehouse

Mr. Morehouse is Executive Vice President of the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he guides the strategic direction of Acrisure Stadium operations in addition to serving as senior advisor to the President on Steelers business operations and collaborates on the team's community and NFL-related initiatives. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer and President of Pittsburgh Penguins, LLC, which owns and operates the Pittsburgh Penguins National Hockey League team. Mr. Morehouse holds a master's degree from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and has extensive government relations experience, having previously worked in the Clinton administration, at the Pentagon, and on four presidential campaigns. He is a member of the Audit & Risk and Technology Committees.

David P. Hess, Retired EVP and Chief Customer Officer for Aerospace, United Technologies Corporation, a global leader in aerospace and technology; formerly President, Pratt & Whitney Mr. Hess has 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including 38 at United Technologies Corporation where he retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Aerospace. From 2009 to 2014 he was President of Pratt & Whitney, responsible for the company's global operations in the design, manufacture and service of engines for commercial and military aircraft. Most recently, Mr. Hess served as the CEO and a board member for Arconic Corporation. Hess was a 10-year member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Board of Governors Executive Committee, serving as Chairman in 2012. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Mr. Hess is Chair of the Technology Committee and a member of both the Personnel & Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee.

Don P. Newman - CFO

Mr. Newman joined ATI as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He brings more than 30 years of corporate finance and accounting leadership experience at high-growth businesses in a variety of industries, including metals and materials, energy, software, and drilling services. Most recently, Newman was Chief Financial Officer at North American steel producer Stelco Holdings Inc., where he helped lead the company's successful 2017 initial public offering, separation from its prior owner, and transformation into a low-cost, performance-driven organization.

Elliot S. Davis - SVP

Mr. Davis has served as ATI's Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer since May 2011. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel from 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, he served as Assistant General Counsel from 2008, when he joined the Company, to 2010. Before joining ATI, Mr. Davis was a partner of the law firm K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced for nearly 20 years in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities group.

Herbert J. Carlisle

General Carlisle has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) since March 2017, when he retired from the United States Air Force as a four-star general following a 39-year military career. His last Air Force assignment was as Commander, Air Company Command at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. Prior to that, he was the Commander of the Pacific Air Forces, the air component Commander for the U.S. Pacific Command, and served as executive director of Pacific Air Combat Operations staff, Joint Base Harbor in Hawaii, following various operational and staff assignments throughout the Air Force, including as chief of air operations, U.S. Central Command Forward in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and as director of legislative liaison at the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. General Carlisle is a member of the Finance Committee, Audit Committee and of the Technology Committee.

J. Brett Harvey

J. Brett Harvey, Previously served as Chairman Emeritus of CONSOL Energy, Inc., a leading diversified energy company in the United States. Mr. Harvey previously served as Chairman Emeritus of CONSOL Energy Inc., a leading diversified energy company in the United States from May 2016 to May 2017. He was Chairman of CONSOL from 2010 until his retirement in May 2016 and was Executive Chairman from May 2014 to January 2015. Mr. Harvey was Chief Executive Officer of CONSOL from 1998 until May 2014. He also served as President from 1998 until 2011. Mr. Harvey was Chairman of CNX Gas Corporation, a subsidiary of CONSOL from 2009 to 2010 and was a member of its board from 2005 to 2014. Mr. Harvey currently serves as Lead Independent Director and is a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Personnel & Compensation Committee.

James C. Diggs

Jimmy Williams - CTO, SVP

Dr. Williams joined ATI as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in November 2022. This newly created role elevates technology at ATI and accelerates progress on our product and process technology priorities, more directly enabling and aligning them with our business strategy. Dr. Williams served as executive director and distinguished service professor of Carnegie Mellon University's interdisciplinary Engineering and Technology Innovation Management program. Previously, he was senior vice president of global engineering of Pall Corporation, and senior director of research and development at Alcoa. In his 20-year career at Boeing, Dr. Williams held numerous research and development and program management positions, earning Boeing's Black Engineer of the Year award in 2001.

Kimberly A. Fields - COO, President

Ms. Fields is President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Fields joined ATI in 2019, bringing 20 years of global experience with a focus on growth and operational excellence. At IDEX Corporation, a global company that develops, designs, and manufactures fluidics systems and specialty engineered products, she most recently served as Group President for Industrial and Energy, having joined as President of GAST Manufacturing. Previously, Ms. Fields served as Executive Vice President for the integrated global steel producer EVRAZ's North American Flat Products business. At GE Energy, she was General Manager of Industrials. She has also held commercial, manufacturing, and strategic leadership positions with Alcoa, The Boston Consulting Group, and Owens Corning Fiberglass. She was a founding member of the online metals trading site MetalSpectrum.

Leroy M. Ball

Mr. Ball is President and Chief Executive Officer of Koppers Holdings Inc., a leading integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals and carbon compounds. Mr. Ball previously served as Koppers' Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Since becoming CEO in January 2015, Mr. Ball led Koppers' transformation into a company prioritizing customer-focused solutions that enhance and preserve wood while de-emphasizing its focus on commodity products serving the aluminum industry. During that time, he has overseen several acquisitions and divestitures to strategically re-shape the company's portfolio and increase shareholder value. Prior to joining Koppers, Mr. Ball was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calgon Carbon, Inc., a provider of services, products and solutions for purifying water and air. Mr. Ball is Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and is a member of both the Personnel & Compensation Committee and the Technology Committee.

Marianne Kah

Marianne Kah, Retired Chief Economist for ConocoPhillips, world's largest independent exploration and production company, and current adjunct senior research scholar at Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy Ms. Kah is a global energy and raw materials markets expert with tremendous experience in board-level strategic planning and risk analysis. As Chief Economist for ConocoPhillips until 2017, she developed market outlooks, risk assessments and scenario plans that drove corporate strategy. Ms. Kah is a thought leader in global public policy, serving as an adjunct senior research scholar and Advisory Board member of Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy. She is President of the U.S. Association for Energy Economics. Ms. Kah serves on the Audit Committee and the Technology Committee.

Robert S. Wetherbee - CEO, Chairman, President

Mr. Wetherbee became President and CEO of ATI in 2019. and was named Board Chair in 2021. Prior to that, he was ATI's Executive Vice President, Flat Rolled Products since January 2015, and President, ATI Flat Rolled Products beginning in April 2014. Mr. Wetherbee was President and Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Technologies, Inc. from March 2013 until February 2014. He was President of ATI's tungsten materials business from 2010 through 2012 and Vice President of Market Strategy of Alcoa Inc. from 2006 through 2009.

Ruby Sharma

Ruby Sharma Retired Managing Partner of RNB Strategic Advisors and retired senior partner of Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Sharma served as Managing Partner of RNB Strategic Advisors from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, she was senior partner at Ernst & Young for 15 years until her retirement in 2017. She was a longtime member of the Center for Audit Quality's Audit Committee Effectiveness Task Force and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), serving on its Forensic Litigation Services Subcommittee. Ms. Sharma is a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and Technology Committee.

Timothy J. Harris - SVP

Mr. Harris previously served as Chief Information Officer at Andeavor, Chief Technology Officer and head of Global Technology Services at Mylan, and Senior V.P. of Global Workplace at Aviva PLC. He began his career at Rockwell Collins, where he worked for 10 years.

Tina Busch - CHRO, SVP

Ms. Busch joined ATI as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in October 2022. She leads our human resources organization and partners closely with the businesses to strengthen ATI's talent strategy, especially in the areas of engagement, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Ms. Busch previously served as CHRO of the Performance Materials & Technologies group at Honeywell, and held several roles throughout her career at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, including Vice President, Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region, Global Diversity Officer, and Global Learning Officer. She also held the position of Vice President, Learning and Performance, at Pitney Bowes.
