My name is Oliver Schulz and I have more than 16 years of experience with management consulting and working for small- and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2020 I am self-employed. Prior to my self-employment, I worked for eight years in investment management and corporate development at CREMER, a medium-sized group in the trading, food, feed, and oleochemicals industry with around 2,000 employees worldwide. Besides Germany, my regional focus was mainly on Eastern Europe, Asia and North America. During this time I was responsible for various corporate transactions and projects for the strategic development of the group. Prior to that, I worked almost eight years for KPMG Corporate Finance in Hamburg and London. The focus of my work there was on the valuation of companies or assets as well as the development of fully integrated planning models for clients.
