Greg began his commercial real estate career in Bellingham, WA in 2004. A graduate of Western Washington University ('99), Greg's education and profession are exclusive to investment, real estate, and finance. Commercial Real Estate Brokerage comes naturally for Greg, as he has experience in all facets of commercial real estate.
Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The Designation includes completion of intense coursework, high test scores, and professional accomplishment. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners, only 6 percent hold the CCIM designation.

The Partners of Gage CRE recruited Jack in 2019 after witnessing his great work ethic and integrity. Jack's diverse interest in Real Estate combined with his experience in marketing and technology has proved to be an asset to commercial sales and leasing. Jack received an Applied Science degree from Bellingham Technical in 2017. At Gage CRE Jack focuses on marketing, research, and technology.
Terri manages operations and accounting for Gage Commercial Real Estate. She has over 20 years' experience in bookkeeping and small business management, working in agriculture, construction, and real estate fields as a general manager, project coordinator and accounts manager. Terri graduated from Skagit Valley Community College with an A.A. degree with an emphasis in Financial Accounting and Small Business Management and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008.

Tracy's move from Boise Idaho (in 2002) to Bellingham enabled her to focus full time on creating a real estate business exclusively in commercial sales and leasing. Over the past 15 years she has successfully negotiated and completed transactions in Land, office buildings, warehousing and commercial leasing primarily in Whatcom County.
Tracy blends her formal training as a Business Coach/Consultant and 15 + years of Commercial expertise to provide a clear and productive experience for her clients. She builds understanding and knowledge from which negotiations evolve with her clients' needs center point. Whether a Buyer/Seller, Investor or Tenant Tracy is engaged in their long-term success.
