Adam Schiller - VP of Sales

Adam Schiller is the Director of Sales and Leasing at GFR Development Services. Adam previously served as a Development and Leasing Associate at HPI Real Retail Properties, and went with Mark to start GFR in 2009. Adam adds value to GFR with his expertise in Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Third Party Sales, Leasing, and Development. Starting off on the development side has given Adam a broad, yet specific, scope of knowledge that covers the entire development and leasing process, giving him the upper hand in the leasing of GFR's projects. Adam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.A. in Government, and a Minor in Business. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and his Church.

Larry Schwenker

Job Titles:
  • Senior VP - Property Management
Larry serves as the Senior VP - Property Management, and has over 30 years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining GFR, Larry was the San Antonio Group Manager for JLL and Vice President of Property Management for Travis Commercial Real Estate. Larry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wright State University and has served as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business. He is also founder of Corvidea Knowledge Solutions which has helped clients such as JLL, Alter Group, Pitcarin Properties and GVA Advantis operate more efficiently through the creative use of technology. He has authored several articles relating to property management as well as authoring the technology columns for both the Journal of Property Management and Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Magazine.

Mark Granados

Mark Granados, Principal and Founder of GFR Development Services, previously served as Managing Partner at HPI Retail Properties, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Center Trust (NYSE), Vice President at Golden State Properties, and Director of Acquisitions at Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE). Mark has been involved in more than $2 Billion in shopping center transactions and developments across Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, and California. Mark is known for his ability to find new opportunities, develop complex infill sites, and assemble efficient development teams to achieve successful projects. Mark is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.B.A in Real Estate and Urban Development. He is an active member of Concordia Lutheran Church.
