Born and raised in Pasadena, CA, Alejandra received her bachelor's degree in Business Management at Grand Canyon University. Throughout the four years at GCU she was enrolled in rigorous courses involving marketing, finance, and management. Alejandra was able to use the knowledge and skills from these courses in previous administrative roles in work, and is now furthering her working career with JohnHart. She has a passion for marketing and social media, and loves using those platforms to network and connect with others. In her free time she loves watching movies, thrillers and horror are her favorite.
Although it began as just a hobby for him, Brian Warouw decided to turn his love of graphic design into his career back in 2010. After earning his degree in Graphic Design from Cal State L.A., he worked non-stop on creating designs for print collaterals, websites, branding assets, email blasts, and editorial projects. In 2017, he had the opportunity to design for a real estate company and quickly realized that this was the industry that he truly enjoyed designing graphics for. Brian is an integral part of JohnHart's team of graphic designers to create digital and print designs for our agents. He is always eager to help others solve any design problems and help create a solution. When he's not designing graphics, Brian enjoys playing video games and watching horror movies in his spare time. He is also an avid sports fan; he especially loves basketball, football, and soccer.
Brisa was born and raised in LA where she worked at AT&T before she found her love for Real Estate after graduation. Starting as a receptionist she quickly moved through the ranks and found her home as a Transaction Coordinator. She remained at Century 21 for 9 years before going independent and taking on agents to assist them with all of their paperwork needs as well as coach them to success in a transaction with compliance top of mind.
When Brisa isn't handling all things Real Estate, she loves going to Dodgers games, eating sushi, going to the movies, and occasionally sipping on an Old Fashioned. She has a 20-year-old son- who attends Rio Hondo College and is working towards a Video and Audio Technology degree- she is immensely proud of her son. Brisa is thrilled to continue her Real Estate career with JohnHart and continue helping agents.
Catherine was born and raised in Los Angeles and joined the JohnHart team as a Valuation Specialist. Catherine is a recent graduate student from Woodbury University receiving her Master of Business Administration. Her resilience allows her to see every challenge not as a threat but as a time to gain insight. She is eager to learn something new every day. On her spare time, she likes to do pilates and her favorite hobbies include travelling with friends and family.
Prior to joining JohnHart Real Estate Danielle worked as a Personal Assistant / Transaction Coordinator for an Independent Real Estate Broker for over 15 years. Loyalty and integrity are the cornerstones of Danielle's long-term success with the Brokerage.
Through this experience, she gained invaluable knowledge of the real estate industry learning as much as she could when it came to handling transaction files, from listing properties in the MLS, preparing contracts, property disclosures and confirming a fully executed file was in order at the close of Escrow. Galina Valean is an experienced photographer with a background as an interior designer and photo editor. With her design background, she has learned to quickly zero in on the most important features of a project. In her photos, Galina loves to combine natural and artificial light with professional-grade equipment to perfectly capture it, then uses her editing techniques to make the images stand out. She feels blessed to be able to do what she is passionate about every day as a photographer and editor, and is proud to collaborate with the agents at JohnHart who are similarly passionate about what they do. Other than photography, Galina enjoys cycling, swimming, dancing, exploring new places, and building furniture.

Jason Han is a Graphic Designer at JohnHart Real Estate. He is passionate about helping businesses grow and solving problems with great designs.
His journey as a graphic designer started in 2005 when he started his design job after college. Throughout his years as a graphic designer, he has gained experience working on projects such as logos, online/print advertising, illustrations, and web design.
When he's not pushing pixels, he likes to spend time weight training and scouring the internet and record stores for interesting music.

Ever since he was young, real estate was a part of Kester's life. He grew up around multiple family members in the real estate industry in the San Fernando Valley, and talk of buying and selling homes surrounded him. Therefore, it was only natural for his career path to follow in the footsteps of his family, and to lead him to JohnHart as one of our Agent Liaison Assistants. Before joining our team, Kester became licensed at the age of 20 and gained experience working full-time as a realtor in Las Vegas. Seeking a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of real estate, he also worked as an assistant loan processor for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Kester has found passion and joy in helping clients reach their goals and enjoys being a supportive team player in the world of real estate. Now, as part of the JohnHart family, Kester is very excited for this next adventure in his career!
Kimberly found her love of real estate early in life, taking on a series of industry challenges at the age of 17. Since then, her career has found her traveling the full realty spectrum: performing as Operations Manager for two real estate firms, practicing as an agent selling both residential and commercial properties, working briefly as a short sale listings specialist, and obtaining her California broker's license in 2004.
Aside from her vast real estate knowledge, Kimberly's knack for problem solving, teaching, and organizational management made her an indelible asset in her role as an Agent Liaison at JohnHart Real Estate. During her years at JohnHart, her role has significantly grown. Today, she serves as JohnHart's broker of record for the state of Nevada, operating out of our Las Vegas office.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys reading, watching movies, and lifting weights. Her disciplined lifestyle even finds her competing in bodybuilding competitions!

Originally from Washington D.C., Lindsey moved to Los Angeles in 2014 after briefly working as a Copywriter and Social Media Manager in Orlando, FL. Since living in Los Angeles she has worked as a Media Manager in the Digital Marketing space for an agency as well as Senior Marketing Analyst for Warner Bros.
Over the past 6+ years in marketing she has worn many different hats: from content creation, to becoming SEO certified, running email marketing campaigns, providing analytics reporting, building websites, to managing over 35+ social media accounts for a wide range of clients.
In her spare time she loves to cook, go on hikes, partake in Scotch tastings, take photos, watch "The Office" and browse real estate properties online. Lindsey is elated to be a part of the JohnHart team in order to continuously strengthen her knowledge of Social Media/Digital Marketing, while also deepening her understanding and love for real estate.

Margaret has over 16 years of experience ranging in various sectors of the Real Estate Industry and takes great pride and joy in her efforts to help both agents and clients alike reach their goals. She is highly dedicated to the industry as it has been a rather pertinent fixture of her adult life. On her spare time, you can find Margaret doing all things LA such as shopping, hiking, enjoying the local festivals and events, with a special interest for dining. She's achieved her Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education due to her passion for culinary perfect and enjoys the splendors that the local dining of SoCal has to offer. She's actively working at her goal to continue growing with the fantastic JohnHart Family by utilizing her many skills to not only help her agents and clients succeed but also bring some whimsy and fun into every aspect.

Melissa Gutierrez Reyes is a Scheduling Coordinator at John Hart. Specializing in customer service, Melissa ensures she does everything possible to provide a pleasant & quality experience for whoever she might interact with. She is always looking for growth & improvement, ready to adapt to any situation. She likes to contribute all her best qualities to the job at hand, never giving up & willing to go above and beyond for the company. She has previous experience in the medical field as an Administrator, in which she then quickly was promoted to Surgery Scheduling Coordinator, Quality Assurance Coordinator & most recently Case Management. She dedicates herself to her job and is thrilled to be a part of the John Hart family.

Nick Taschyan is an experienced and detail-oriented IT Technician for JohnHart Real Estate. Nick began his technology background by earning his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge. Throughout his post-collegiate career, Nick has always been involved with and surrounded by technology. He was an IT intern for a non-profit clinic and later worked in electronic components for Fry's Electronics, building and customizing PCs to meet customers' needs. His education and on-the-job experience, paired with his passion for tech, have given him technological acumen and personal determination to face any challenge that comes his way with confidence. During his free time, Nick enjoys going to the gym, watching sports like basketball and MMA, and cheering on his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
Nicole Hovakimian was born and raised in Los Angeles. Nicole has been in an office setting from a young age; she started her first job when she was just fifteen years old as a social media marketer for a travel agency in Studio City. Throughout her varied roles since then, Nicole has honed both her administrative skills and communication skills. She is thrilled to utilize these abilities at JohnHart, and she is passionate about improving herself and seeing others succeed. Nicole is an energetic, bubbly people-person. She likes to spend her free time with family, friends, and her pets, and she enjoys learning about history, dancing, creating art, and journaling.

Paul is a Regional Manager for JohnHart Real Estate. He supports our dedicated agents in the Palmdale, Valencia, and Northridge locations. Paul brings 19+ years of experience with customer service, sales, business development, account management, recruiting and as a consultant, from industries such as semiconductor, software sales & development, medical tech, consumer electronics, banking, and aerospace. He has worked with large corporations, as well as family owned start-ups, thriving in all environments while wearing multiple hats, creative and forward thinking, and having a ‘never give up' mentality for success. His work ethic and world-class experience make for a very exciting time in making significant contributions to the JohnHart Real Estate team.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys traveling and camping with his wife and 3 kids. He is also very active in sports, currently in a bowling league, and regularly plays tennis, golf, and softball. He also has a passion for motorcycles, cars, and motor sports. At the age of 9, he built a custom hot rod with his father, that took almost 10 years. Having learned many mechanical skills from such an early age, he enjoys remodeling and other creative projects around the house.

Rob is the Marketing Manager at JohnHart Real Estate. His primary role is to support the dedicated and passionate team of JohnHart agents in developing marketing strategies and materials to promote the JohnHart mission of providing first-class service, market expertise, and redefining the real estate business.
Rodrigo Alvarez is a part of JohnHart's programming team, to help with the launch of our very own document management system. . His journey to the role of programmer started after receiving his degree in Computer Systems from the California State University of San Bernardino. After graduating in the year 2020, he immediately began putting his knowledge to use by programming side projects. At the same time, Rodrigo worked at the UPS WAHCA warehouse and made deliveries with Uber. Rodrigo excitedly joins JohnHart Real Estate and is eager to use his skills to improve the goals of JohnHart. He hopes to build the JohnHart Real Estate Backend Service to the best of his ability, using his attention to detail and previous experience. Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys creating and playing music.
As JohnHart Real Estate's Senior Copywriter, Seth Styles is responsible for finding and maintaining the voice at the heart of our company. Having spent over a decade in creative roles across a variety of industries, Seth brings with him vast experience in SEO practices, digital marketing, and all manner of professional writing with particular strength in content creation, general marketing, and branding. When not writing site copy or email blasts for JohnHart, Seth can be found working on his original illustrated series, recording music with his glam rock band, cuddling with his dog Romeo while watching old horror movies.
