Brian Chávez

Brian Chavez graduated from Harvard University in 1993 and from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1996, becoming a certified attorney on November 1, 1996. He returned to Odessa to practice with his dad (a United States Army veteran, former police officer, and former Ector County district attorney). Brian has been of counsel of the Hoestenbach Law Group since 2016. Brian has handled numerous cases throughout his legal career and likes to say that he handles "anything from a parking ticket to a murder" in criminal courts across Texas and the United States. Brian is well respected in the legal community and renowned for knowing his clients' cases inside and out, which has resulted in numerous "not guilty" verdicts and dismissals throughout his legal career. Brian was featured in the New York Times best-selling book and Academy Award-winning Hollywood movie "Friday Night Lights." Lane Kazmierski

Lane Kazmierski is a native Texan, born and raised in Austin. Lane studied law at St. Mary's School of Law and has worked as a lawyer with the Hoestenbach Law Group since 2014. After graduating from law school and before joining the Hoestenbach Law Group, Lane fought for the rights of Texans as a law clerk at the Texas Civil Rights Project. Lane has extensive experience in handling auto crash claims and other personal injury matters. As a student at the University of Texas at Austin, Lane played tight end in for the 2006 Longhorn football team. Lane's wife, Kimmy, is an elementary school teacher in the Eanes School District. Nicholas Kotonias

Nick Kotonias graduated from the University Of Dayton School Of Law in 2019 and quickly relocated to Texas where he became a certified Texas attorney in October of 2019. During Nick's time as an undergrad at Iona College, he was a four year member of the swim team and was recognized with the Gael of the Year award for community activism in 2014. During his law school career, Nick was a three-year member of the University Of Dayton School Of Law's leadership honors program. Since graduating, Nick has served as a corporate default specialist and as a law clerk. Richard Davis

Richard Davis has practiced trial law in Texas for over 37 years. He has appeared in Court in over 65 Texas Counties in every region of the state, both urban and rural. He is an active trial lawyer that has tried well over 100 jury trials, participated in numerous contested hearings and mediations. Richard has a commanding voice in the courtroom and is a well-respected advocate among his peers. Richard Davis is a 1982 graduate of the Baylor School of Law and has served early in his career as Sherman County Attorney and Ector County Assistant County Attorney and Assistant District Attorney.
