Brittni Colyer

Brittni Colyer comes to Hopkins Centrich with almost 10 years of business management experience, having spent the last seven years working on development of the front and back office needs of a Houston firm. She is a multi-faceted firm professional with a full understanding of accounting principles, human resource programs, and business development strategies. Brittni's creative skills give her a unique perspective to solve complex problems, to generate new ideas, and to approach tasks with "out of the box" ideas. Her motto, "Once an Aggie, Always an Aggie" might be a challenge to a group of UT Longhorns, the result is certain to be a good one!

Joseph Centrich

Joseph Centrich's practice focuses on a complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Centrich has represented construction, professional services, physicians, online publishing, and internet service companies and firms in a wide range of disputes. His experience spans a wide range of issues, including contract disputes, publisher's rights under the First Amendment and shareholder suits. Mr. Centrich received his B.B.A. in 2002 from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Finance and was a member of the Business Honors Program. He received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Review of Litigation. Mr. Centrich's business background also includes considerable experience in general corporate and transactional matters, primarily advising medium sized companies in the growth phase of their development regarding entity selection, business succession planning, employment matters, corporate acquisitions & divestitures, and corporate governance. Mr. Centrich is a board member with the Woodlands Bar Association. In addition, he has been a board member with the Texas Exes Young Alumni Committee and the Circle of Friends, benefiting the Dell Children's Hospital. Mr. Centrich has also served as an adjunct professor at St. Edwards School of Management and Business for its M.B.A. program.

Joseph P. Crescenzo III

Mr. Crescenzo has been representing individuals and businesses for over a decade. His extensive experience includes helping his clients favorably resolve legal matters such as contractual disputes, debt collection, and allegations of deceptive trade practices. He has been practicing law in the State of Texas since 2010 and is also licensed to practice in Virginia.

Prior to beginning his private practice, Mr. Hopkins was a Briefing Attorney for two years at the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Edinburg and Corpus Christi, Texas. Over two decades ago, Kirby Hopkins combined his litigation practice with Joseph Centrich's business law practice to create Hopkins Centrich, a firm that could offer the best representation for business owners and their families across the breadth - wide as it is - of business law. Michael Lebold

Michael Lebold represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes and transactions and etc. Mr. Lebold graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a BA in Economics and received his JD from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006, where he served on the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy. In his more than 15 years of practicing law, he has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes and transactions, including real estate and oil & gas title disputes, oil & gas working interest disputes, mechanics & materialman's lien matters, real estate transactions, business and asset purchases and sales, company formation, minority interest freeze outs, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, and the occasional probate.

Stephen Currie

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Stephen has a passion for providing professional, straightforward service to his clients. He is a native Texan who obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. While at South Texas, Stephen completed the Frank Evans certification for Conflict Resolution and spent time working in the Veterans Clinic assisting clients with VA claims and legal issues. Having served two tours in Iraq, Stephen was honored to be able to help fellow veterans with their needs. Post-graduation, Stephen worked in private practice. He enjoyed meeting with his clients and working with them to meet their legal objectives. Stephen is a member of West Conroe Baptist Church and enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community.

She comes to us from a criminal defense law firm where she worked as a paralegal and has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Tricia is currently working to obtain a paralegal certificate through the University of Texas Center for Professional Education.
