After successfully starting her first business in 2003, Tima quickly recognized the myriad of difficulties faced by business owners in navigating the complex and competitive world of business, commercial real estate and asset acquisition and sales. Almost 15 years later, having practiced as a licensed business broker, managing both large and small brokerages and real estate companies; serving clients ranging from small family businesses to national and international corporations, investors and E2 visa buyers and sellers, Tima opened IBB as a unique business brokerage to offer her services to select clientele.
Tima is able to identify and attract unique business opportunities and qualified purchasers both nationally and internationally. As a result of both her own business experience, and her formal legal education and certification as a Florida Circuit Court and Residential Foreclosure Mediator, Tima brings her wealth of valuable skills and insight to identify and attract business opportunities and qualified purchasers, recognize and resolve difficult issues to help Buyers and Sellers, to bring otherwise troubled contracts to a successful closing.
