Dr. Peterson is the Medical Director of our Richland laboratory. He joined Incyte Diagnostics in 2020 and is board certified in anatomical and clinical pathology.
Dr. Peterson brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Incyte, and to the community in which he serves.
Dr. Wiley joined Incyte Diagnostics as the Medical Director of the clinical laboratory in 2020. She is board certified by American Board of Clinical Chemistry (ABCC) and a Fellow of the Academy of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry (FAACC).
Dr. Wiley has both a Master's and Doctoral degree in Organic Chemistry from University of Washington, and was a COMACC Accredited Fellow at the Mayo School of Medicine. She is the Immediate Past-President of American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC), a global scientific and medical professional organization dedicated to better health through laboratory medicine.
As part of her duties at Incyte, Dr. Wiley will also support the clinical labs at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Holy Family, Mt. Carmel, and St. Joseph's as the Medical Director.

Dr. Mari Patel joined Incyte in 2022 and is an industry expert in pathology services and leadership. She comes most recently from North Carolina, where she served as Systems Director of Anatomic Pathology. Dr. Patel is ASCP certified in both cytotechnology and histotechnology, and she has a master's degree in health administration and a doctorate of management degree in organizational leadership.
Dr. Patel possesses exceptional abilities in integrating technological innovations, transforming workplace culture, and is passionate about developing future leaders. She has been recognized with various leadership awards throughout her career and for her publication, "The Role of Spiritual Leadership in Reducing Healthcare Worker Burnout." She enjoys giving back to the community and has shared her expertise as an invited speaker at numerous conferences, colleges, and universities.
Heather has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Incyte Diagnostics in 2008 she worked in both the manufacturing and financial industries. Heather takes pride in helping develop individual's professional competencies in order to further both individual career goals and the organization's mission.
Heather has a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, Washington and is SPHR certified. She has a MBA in Business Management from City University of Seattle, Seattle, Washington.

Kristina joined Incyte in 2017. She is a Spokane native, and brings over ten years' worth of experience in both IT and finance to our organization. Prior to joining Incyte, Kristina held positions as an IT/Controller manager, and as the Director of Connectivity and Business Services for PAML . She has vast experience with EMR/LIS interface connectivity, and enjoys the challenging environment of working in healthcare IT.
Kristina has an Accounting degree from Eastern Washington University and an IT degree from Western Governors University of Washington.

Dr. Zhang is the Medical Director of Incyte Diagnostics' Spokane Valley laboratory. She is board certified in dermatopathology as well as anatomic and clinical pathology.
Dr. Zhang completed her medical degree at Shanghai Medical University in China. Her residency was at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She received fellowship training in dermatopathology at Harvard Medical School Hospitals in Boston.

Dr. Leung is the Medical Director of Incyte Diagnostics' Tukwila laboratory. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology with subspecialties in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathology.
Dr. Leung graduated from medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, and he completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He received fellowship training at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education.
