This is me, Emma Trumble. I'm also the one above at the high flying trapeze. I'm an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and an Osteopath. Nice to meet you... I love playing Sherlock Holmes with people and their symptoms. I have friends and family who call, text or email with questions, and I can often gather enough information to provide education and management advice that gets them back on the road to recovery. Not everyone has a physiotherapist family member though, so I'm trialling an online version... In Sports Physio helps players, performers and participators stay involved. Pain, injury and illness can affect physical activity levels, and rehabilitation can sometimes feel like a maze. Information is key. We will conduct a thorough assessment of your physical health to gather relevant information, and with this knowledge, inform you of the stages and treatment.
