Belinda is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Chief Financial Officer with more than 25 years' experience in the financial services and alternative asset management industries. She has previously held chief financial officer and senior finance roles in both listed and private companies, including Merrill Lynch, Alinta Energy, Challenger, Travelex, Slater & Gordon and Laser Clinics Australia.
Belinda has deep experience in financial and strategic business leadership, including leadership of successful growth companies both organically and through M&A activity. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cesilia is a Senior Executive and Lawyer with 23 years' experience across renewable energy, water, infrastructure, corporate governance and M&A. Cesilia has a strong track record in corporate strategy, major project development and approvals, policy, regulatory reform, governance and risk management. Cesilia was most recently Snowy Hydro Limited's Group Executive and General Counsel with a broad commercial and multi-disciplinary remit, including procurement, corporate affairs, regulatory strategy and legal. Prior to this Cesilia was in private practice at Allens Linklaters.

Mr. Guzowski has 10+ years' international experience in renewable energy project development across Europe & Australia. Chris is the Founder of Baltic Wind (100MW+ wind) and Mithra Energy (10+ solar PV projects). Mr. Guzowski is the Project Development Director and partner of Photon Energy and Canadian Solar, with a $1bn (1GW) solar PV pipeline under development in Australia. Mr. Guzowski is the Founding Director of ADCCA Australian Digital Currency Commerce Association.

Daniel has over 20 years' experience across finance, infrastructure and renewables. He previously exited as the 2nd largest individual shareholder in infrastructure fund manager, Palisade Investment Partners (billions in AUM across 23 businesses) and, prior to that, worked with Macquarie Capital and PwC across Sydney and London. Daniel is currently on the board of JOLT, a Blackrock-backed EV charging business where he is also the 2nd largest individual shareholder. His Bitcoin journey began in 2013/14 when he bought high and sold low and then went on to co-found IREN with his brother, Will Roberts, in 2018.
David has 30 years experience working across the energy, utilities and resources sectors in the Asia Pacific and North America. David is a strategic and operational leader with an extensive background in delivering a portfolio of projects and reliable operations. David was most recently SVP Asia Pacific East of Wood's Operations Division delivering multi-million dollar critical services to complex and diverse industries.

Mr. Bartholomew has 30+ years' experience across the energy utilities, transportation and industrial sectors. Mr. Bartholomew is an experienced Non-Executive Director, currently serving on the Boards of Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX), Endeavour Energy, Power & Water Corporation and Keolis Downer as well as chairing an Executive Committee at AusNet Services (ASX:AST).
Mr. Bartholomew is the former CEO of DUET Group (ASX: DUE), a listed energy and utilities company which was sold to CKI for over AUD$7.4bn in 2017

Denis Skrinnikoff has been the Chief Technology Officer of Iren since October 2021. Mr. Skrinnikoff is a technologist with more than 15 years' experience in the cloud and data center service provider space. Mr. Skrinnikoff has an extensive networking background, as well as experience operating and architecting a national fiber network, with a specialty in enterprise architecture. He has been involved in the design, construction and management of tier 3 data centers, acquisitions and mergers, and managing business units in a publicly traded company.

Giles is a strategic operational leader who has considerable experience in EPC project delivery and industrial asset management and optimization. Giles has previously worked extensively across both North America and Australia and joins Iren from Ventia, where he serviced infrastructure assets in the West Australian mining industry. Giles has previously held senior positions with environmental technology development company Minestar Group, FT Services (now Graham Construction Canada) and BHP. Giles will lead the construction of our Childress project.

Mr. Alfred is a private investor, advisor and board member. Previously, he served as the CEO of Digital Assets Data, Inc., a financial technology and data company building enterprise-grade software and data feeds for the digital asset ecosystem, from when he co-founded the company in January 2018 through its sale to New York Digital Investment Group LLC in November 2020. Mr. Alfred has served as an Advisor to the CEO of Amenify, a real estate technology company, since July 2020.
Mr. Alfred has served on the Board of Directors of Crestone Group, LLC, a national artisan bakery, since March 2015; and Eaglebrook Advisors, a tech-driven digital asset management platform for financial advisors and their clients, since September 2019.

Ms. Parasuraman is a senior technology executive who has built and scaled world-class teams at Meta (Facebook), VMware, Genentech, and Apple. Ms. Parasuraman most recently served as the Head of Investments, New Product Experimentation at Meta (Facebook) and, prior to that, served as Facebook's Global Head of Treasury and Head of Treasury for Facebook's blockchain initiative (Libra).
Ms. Parasuraman currently serves on the Board of Baldwin Risk Partners (NASDAQ: BRP), a leading publicly-traded insurance distribution company, where she is a member of its Audit and Cyber Risk Committees. She also serves on the Board of the IIT Bombay Heritage Foundation as well as its Finance, Governance & Nomination Committees.
