Specialist Neurological Occupational Therapist - Grad. IPM, B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc Occupational Therapy Angela has worked as an independent occupational therapist since 2008. She specialises in neurological rehabilitation, including supporting individuals who have experienced a stroke and/or traumatic or acquired brain injury. Her passion is in developing an individual's cognitive and upper limb rehabilitation. Like the other members of our team, Angela aims to support our clients to gain independence and a good quality of life. Her clinical treatment skills are extensive, as well as her experience managing teams and offering professional training and education. She also specialises in providing comprehensive assessments of individuals with complex needs. Previously, Angela has worked in a rehabilitation and outpatient setting. Working in the NHS for 20 years. Angela is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT), the specialist section for independent practice (SS-IP) and neurological practice (SS-NP). She is also a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Bill Young

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including working with some of the largest global companies and financial institutions. Over his career, he has developed a diverse range of skills including helping individuals to work with IT, as well as managing large teams in both the UK and abroad. Bill has extensive knowledge of multiple operating systems, such as MAC, Wintel (PC), IOS, and Android. Using a hands-on approach, Bill aims to make technology accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of age or ability. He enjoys the challenge of analysing problems and identifying ways for our clients to overcome their obstacles.

Birgit qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) from St Andrew's School of OT in Northampton. In 2007 she also completed her post-graduation certificate with Merit in Neurological Rehabilitation. Birgit enjoys engaging in continue professional development and attends training events, courses and conference on a regular basis. She was calibrated in AMPS March 2018. Birgit furthermore qualified as an inclusive dance instructor with Para Dance in April 2020. Birgit has worked as a training consultant with Harrison Associated for many years, writing and delivering courses in neurological rehabilitation to postgrad OTs and OT assistants. Birgit is a member of British Association of OT (BAOT), Royal College of OT Specialist Section - Independent Private (RCOT- SS), British Association of Brain Injury Case Mangers (BABICM), Case Management Society UK (CSMUK). She is an associated member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (AMInstLM). Birgit has been an active member of the Royal College of OT Specialist Section Neurological Practice (RCOT - NP, formerly NANOT), working nationally on the Stroke Clinical Forum and locally taking the role of Chairperson for the Oxfordshire Regional NANOT group for a number of years.

Declan McNicholl

Declan works as an independent practitioner, providing services to people in the community and clinical settings. During his time in the NHS, he set up a clinical neuropsychology service in South Staffordshire. He went on to be the Head of Clinical Neuropsychology in Leicestershire in partnership with the NHS Trust. His responsibilities included developing clinical neuropsychology and associated psychological therapy and rehabilitation services. Across various locations in the UK. This includes services to individuals with a diverse range of neurological conditions, across a variety of settings, including in their own homes, outpatient facilities, and hospital wards. As Head of Clinical Neuropsychology, he was responsible for the management of an expert team of psychologists.
