The JPG is the voice of the Japanese life sciences industry in the UK, made up of eleven companies whose global HQs are based in Japan. Our approach is positive engagement with Government on promoting UK Life Sciences. Our ambition is to partner with Government to optimise Japanese engagement with our ecosystem... JPG's approach is positive engagement with Government on promoting UK Life Sciences. We have a sub-group of senior R&D colleagues who have UK and global responsibilities... As a group the JPG employs approximately 2700 people in the UK. Our members invest in basic research and all phases of clinical development, as well as partnering with biotech and research institutions.
