I was born into the restaurant industry following the successes of my families restaurants growing up. Learning the skill sets I would need to one day run my own business. I branched out on my own to start my restaurant in 2008 opening Katies Cafe and successfully ran it for 10 years. At that point I knew there was a need for an exceptional caterer in the wedding and event industry. Someone who knew how to make tasty food, but also someone who knew what was missing.
