Caron Moore began working with Key Planning Partners in November 2005. Caron brings over 15 years of experience. Her extensive experience and insight allows our clients an ease of doing business. Caron works and resides in Columbia, SC with her husband and two children.
Diana is a from a small town in Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 1993. Her and her husband have two children and she is now a firstime grandmother. Diana's son is a Marine and her daughter is an assistant store manager at Publix. In their free time Diana and her husband enjoy camping, boating, and hiking.
Lisa Smyth joined the Key Planning Partners Team in November 2013 and brings with her 15 years of customer service experience. She has worked with the top carriers in our industry and we are excited to have her as a part of our team.

Marie graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. After graduation Marie continued her professional development by becoming a Board Certified Financial Planner and Certified Long-Term Care professional.
She began her career in the financial services industry as an independent insurance agent with Northwestern Mutual. She soon transitioned into insurance brokerage, joining MRW Financial as Brokerage Manager and then Long-Term Care Planning Specialist with Key Planning Partners. Marie is certified and specializes in developing planning solutions to assist families with the rising cost of long-term care, as well as allowing families to maintain control of their care settings while protecting your family's lifestyle and legacy. She is passionate about developing planning solutions that will allow her clients to remain in their own homes as long as possible. Marie is a 13 year financial services veteran who frequently presents seminars concerning VA Aid & Attendance benefits and Medicaid benefits and helps clients develop tax efficient plans to fund long-term care expenses.
The best-selling author of Tax-Free Money for Long Term Care, Marie is a licensed life and health agent in the state of Florida. Marie and her husband Patton live in South Tampa with their two young sons, Hal and Markie.
Matt brings more than 24 years of experience to Key Planning Partners from all levels of the insurance industry.
Matt graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and was also on the Florida Gators Football Team. He began his work in the insurance industry as a career agent with MetLife. In 1994, he joined John Alden/NorthStar Marketing as Life Brokerage Manager of the southeast region. Matt is a licensed life and health agent in the state of Florida, a member of National Brokerage Agencies, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies, and Tampa Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and has served on several committees. Matt and his wife, Julie, live in South Tampa with their two children, Max and Julia.
Mr. Robert Belcoure personally established Cornerstone Financial Associates, as a full-service advisory firm, and holds the position as Managing Partner. Uniquely, Mr. Belcoure abides by his core values in educating, protecting, and serving all his clients with superior quality. Mr. Belcoure oversees his advisory agencies within the tri-state area and continues to expand domestically.
Prior to transitioning careers, Mr. Robert Belcoure successfully founded Core Realty Corporation, a New Jersey based business providing real estate investment opportunities and services. Under Core Realty Corporation, Mr. Belcoure concentrated his efforts in operating profit by acquiring and managing various real estate properties since 1994. During his time as a real estate professional, Mr. Belcoure formed numerous limited liability companies for the ownership and management of high-end rental units.
Robert Belcoure holds a masters degree in Administration and Supervision, a doctorate equivalent degree in Educational Administration, and a degree in Pedagogy from Montclair State University. He completed his undergraduate studies in political science and was a member of the collegiate football team for the University of Connecticut. Mr. Belcoure resides in Millburn with his wife Lorraine and their three daughters Faith, Ava, and Alexa.
Shelley came to Key Planning Partners from Franklin Templeton Investments with 16 years of Customer Service and Correspondence experience. She has lived in the Brandon area for 13 years with her family and is here to offer any support our agents may need.

Tom brings over 30 years of long-term care experience to Key Planning Partners. Tom's previous experience includes Sun Insurance Marketing Network, where he supported over 30,000 advisors for long term care and was nationally recognized as a long-term care expert. With Tom's vast experience in long-term care, he will be a great asset in helping you and your family develop a plan to address your long-term care needs.
Tom lives in Sarasota with his wife Cassie where they have raised three sons. Their oldest, Tommy, is a senior at Colorado State University Pueblo and is a captain of the lacrosse team. Their middle son, Robby, is a freshman playing baseball at the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie. Their youngest son, Michael, is in the sixth grade and keeps them very busy.
