LASER ALIGNMENT

Digital Laser Alignment is a procedure that allows an individual to align a shaft that is attached to a rotating piece of equipment to another piece of rotating equipment, whether that be a coupling, shaft, electric motor, etc. The method behind this type of alignment, allows the technician to align the rotating piece of equipment on four individual planes (Angular and Parallel). This method insures your alignment is not only specific to the type of equipment, speed or RPM, but also ensures the foundation or "sole plate" of your equipment is also solid. By using this method, equipment can be aligned on all separate planes within a one-thousandth tolerance.
