Overthought This was founded by Alissa Zorn, an author, comic artist, and trauma-informed coach. As a recovering perfectionist and a fellow deep thinker, she created Overthought This for kindred spirits who have brains that easily go into overdrive... If you have a brain that never stops, you're in the right place. We're glad to have you here at Overthought This, where we embrace our busy brains and explore the big and small questions in life... We believe that having a brain that never stops can be a positive thing. When all that thinking opens up new possibilities and ideas, it's a gift.
