Aimee Bové

As an award-winning director of media, Aimee leads a team of media specialists while playing an integral role in shaping the agency's traditional media research, analysis, strategy, planning, and buying. Prior to joining LOOMIS, Aimee led media planning and placement at Italia Partners, Carat, Euro RSCG and Marchman Associates. Throughout her career, she has planned and placed over $5 billion in media on behalf of national, regional and local advertisers-for LOOMIS clients as well as brands like Bordon, Hyundai, Wendy's, Olive Garden, and CNBC. Aimee has extensive knowledge of radio and television, mobile, print, cinema, and out-of-home - for both general market brands and those targeting Hispanic consumer. Aimee loves concerts, the Texas Rangers, and traveling to beautiful places, but she's also a true Dallasite and always happy to return home.

Founder and creative director of Kendall Creative, our graphic design division, Mark K. Platt has been in the practice of delivering integrated and innovative brand solutions for over 20 years. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1991, Mark spent the next seven years working for various studios and agencies before opening the doors of Kendall Creative in 1998. In 2015, Kendall Creative partnered with The LOOMIS Agency to expand the Kendall service offering, to give LOOMIS even more creative firepower. The clients Mark has worked with range from large companies such as Pepsico, the Dallas Cowboys, and Choice Hotels to entrepreneurial organizations and non-profits like Boardroom Salon, Cattle Baron's Ball, and Holy Trinity Seminary. He maintains a hands-on, collaborative approach to strategic problem-solving, design and client service at the agency.

Cecily Worthy

As creative director, Cecily's background is in art direction - but her true gift is in producing the most mouthwatering food photography our clients have ever seen. Starting her career with six years working on Frito Lay and Pepsi, Cecily soon found herself at the doors of LOOMIS and never looked back. Now a 21 year veteran, her time under our roof has been focused on delivering results for CPGs and restaurant clients alike - a niche she full embraces as her specialty. She's put her talents to work on such LOOMIS accounts as Texas Dairy Queen, Papa John's, Golden Chick, Rock Fish, la Madeleine, Long John Silver's, On the Border, Sun Tan City, Massage Heights and many more. Cecily's four-legged fur baby Brody is the agency's unofficial mascot with about as much tenure as Cec. When not working, Cecily loves to travel with her husband Chris.

Chelsea Ratliff

Chelsea is a LOOMIS veteran who joined the team in 2007 and quickly impressed both her clients and her peers with her aptitude for the business and her capacity for work. Chelsea is a restaurant and retail marketing expert whose background includes leadership roles for a number of LOOMIS clients, including Texas DQ, Papa John's, Logan's Road House, Sun Tan City and la Madeleine Country French Cafe. She's a problem solver and strategic thinker, and she's directed the development and implementation of some of the agency's most successful campaigns. Her extraordinary work ethic, attention to detail, and conscientious leadership style are what distinguish Chelsea among her industry peers. She's a passionate TCU Horned Frog with a tolerance for Aggies because she's married to one. The jury's still out on where her daughter will go to school.

Christina McKinney

Christina McKinney brings nearly 20 years of advertising experience and a passion for helping clients solve tough marketing challenges to the LOOMIS team. Throughout her career, she's partnered with both national and local clients - from healthcare organizations to retail brands - to effectively develop and lead marketing strategies that address even the most complex of challenges. Prior to joining LOOMIS, Christina has championed successful strategies for Smith + Nephew Advanced Wound Management, Sinclair Oil Corporation, Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival and USMD Health System. Beyond her insight and expertise, Christina is known for her easy-going personality and eagerness to serve and know others, helping her grow strong, meaningful relationships with clients and teammates. She looks forward to cultivating a longstanding relationship with the Texas Oncology team and leveraging her experience to promote their powerful mission - to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients battling cancer. Outside of agency life, Christina enjoys spending time with family and exploring the culinary scene in DFW. A second generation Texas Tech Red Raider and third generation Texan, she hasn't found a reason to live anywhere else. She and her husband enjoy the busy suburban life with their three children and two cats, to whom she's still wary of telling that she's joining "The Pack."

Dax Hardage

Dax launched his career in 2001 with the collaborative creation of a successful digital magazine focused on skateboard culture. The experience ignited a love for creating in the digital space, and his talent was quickly spotted by one of the largest privately-held digital agencies in the country. As creative director for imc2, Dax was the driving creative force behind innovative work for a number of Procter & Gamble brands, including Crest, Secret, and Prilosec. His aptitude for the unexpected drew the attention of Louisville Slugger and the agency succeeded in resurrecting the iconic but wavering brand with award-wining work under Dax's creative leadership. Success in the big agency world was rewarding, but Dax is an entrepreneur at heart, so he bet on himself and started his own digital agency with partner, Josh Whitaker. In 2011, Dax and Josh were recruited by Mike Sullivan to help LOOMIS establish its digital discipline. The duo helped engineer a critical transition in the agency's history and now lead a thriving digital practice. A devout believer and a devoted father and husband with a low-key demeanor, one would never guess Dax once tore up motocross tracks as a local pro racer. His ex-moto motto: "Dirtbikes are cool, goodness is divine, podcasts are a necessity, but good dirtbike podcasts are life giving."

Emily Granzin

Put a challenge in front Digital Director Emily Granzin and you can almost see her wheels start turning. Her problem-solving mindset sees every challenge as an opportunity to succeed. With skills in team building, organization, and time management, Emily takes a detail-oriented approach to supporting our clients with multi-channel strategy building focused on meeting client objectives. A few years after joining the pack in early 2016, Emily established herself as respected leader, juggling account management, team management, strategy and operations for clients such as Papa John's, Wigs.com, Black Bear Diner, and Texas Dairy Queen-further focusing her duties around the development of a loyalty app for Murphy USA and turning her media focus on recent client additions Twin Pops and SusieCakes. Things Emily is obsessed with include cute-as-a-button daughter Daisy, Cowboys football, a good Moscow Mule, elephants of any kind, family pup Buddy, and her husband-to whom she said "I do" during the pandemic.

Jenna Oliver

As an account director, Jenna serves as a trusted advisor and strategic problem solver for several agency clients. Over the past decade, she has partnered with CPG, restaurant, nonprofit, finance and healthcare institutions to create marketing solutions that build strong brands. Whether engineering clients' brand and advertising strategies from the ground up, or sustaining heritage brands for the next generation, she leads with curiosity, passion and fierce determination to help clients win. Throughout her career, Jenna has earned accolades for her marketing intellect, thorough planning abilities and thoughtful client service approach. A Texas Christian University graduate hailing from Cajun Country, Jenna brings the "lagniappe" to every task at hand. Outside the office, Jenna is a wife, dog-mom, social butterfly and avid reader. She enjoys exploring gastronomy with her husband and spending time with cherished family and friends.

Jim Green

Jim is a writer and group creative director who loves the variety and challenges life at LOOMIS offers, from getting deep with carpet cleaning machines to thinking up promotional ideas for local sports teams. Beyond fanatically correcting people's spelling, Jim has spent his 22-year advertising career crafting compelling brand messages for national and regional clients - creating and producing integrated TV and Radio campaigns for brands like Rug Doctor, Papa Johns, Scotts/Miracle-Gro/Ortho, Community Coffee, Hasbro, 7-Eleven, as well as a long list of quick-serve/fast-casual restaurant clients. Jim's love of language was instilled by his spelling-champion father and crossword-expert mother, who have always been big fans of their son's advertising work. He is the youngest of eleven kids, the father of two amazing children, and the husband of one beautiful wife.

Josh Whitaker

Josh is a competitor with an entrepreneurial spirit and a head for big ideas. While in his late teens and early 20s, Josh made a living as a professional off-road motorcycle racer traveling the world for competitions. After earning his degree in marketing, he assumed the top North American marketing role for KTM Motorcycles and later joined Red Bull in an event marketing leadership position. His unique background as a former action sports athlete complemented with marketing expertise helped him create and execute some of Red Bull's most successful early events, including the famous Arc de Triomphe New Year's Eve motorcycle jump at the Paris Casino in Las Vegas. Josh was an early digital adopter and joined the LOOMIS team in 2011 to build the agency's digital discipline. He leads a team consisting of creative and technical talent that consistently elevates the agency's game. Josh and his wife have three boys who keep who keep them running on the weekends with all the usual suburban sports. There are no minibikes in his garage.

Julia Proctor

In her role as Group Account Director overseeing five clients, Julia's experience spans more than 15 years working in account management and planning & strategy. She has managed great brands ranging from TruGreen, Capital One, Dell, USAA, Implus, Verizon, Domino's, ZipCar to Dave & Buster's, FedEx Kinkos, Wendy's and Rent-A-Center with emphasis on direct and digital marketing. Julia is involved at every stage, from developing strategy to brainstorming creative ideas to copywriting to analyzing performance and implementing brand and campaign executions and optimizations. She thrives in the world of ever-changing deadlines and last-minute projects. Julia has a passion to help clients achieve and exceed their business objectives. Outside of work, Julia keeps (super) busy with her three dogs, is a die-hard Auburn fan, and loves to cook and travel. Her motto follows the Dalai Llama saying: "Once a year go someplace you've never been before."

Julie Ondrusek

As one of the first LOOMIS team members, Julie brings a considerable aptitude for analysis and process engineering to her role as director of client services. After graduating first in her marketing program with a math minor from Texas Tech University, Julie began her career by conducting customer satisfaction research studies for clients such as AT&T, Texaco, and Checkmate. After joining LOOMIS in 1992, Julie worked to refine the agency's approach to impact measurement and is credited with the development and implementation of a powerful enterprise work flow and project management system that serves as a point of distinction among the agency peer set. Julie brings an extensive mix of disciplines to every client: strategic planning, media planning and buying, promotions and operations. As director of account service, her responsibilities include account planning, the development and implementation of advertising and marketing plans, as well as the career development for the account service group. She is the proud mother (and step-mother) of three amazing kids, considers cooking her therapy, and believes travel is a necessity to learn (and get outside one's bubble). Oh, and hockey is the best sport.

Kim Smith

As a group creative director and writer, Kim has been instrumental in driving creative strategy and concept work for a variety of LOOMIS clients such as Golden Chick, The United Methodist Church, Texas Oncology, Cicis Pizza, Fitness Connection, and Sun Tan City. Prior to joining LOOMIS in 2013, Kim spent almost three decades working in agencies large and small, crafting engaging brand stories for TXU Energy, Nokia, Grant's Farm and Earth Grains Breads, Skaggs Alpha Beta/Jewel Osco grocer and AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group. Her work has garnered industry nods from the Tellys, Addys, DSVC, and Davey Awards (including a Best in Show). Although she has now lived in Texas longer than her native Colorado, Kim is still a Colorado girl at heart. Her obsessions include all forms of storytelling and traveling with her husband and two sons. Kim has also authored a number of novels for young readers.

Lauren Law

Having spent more than 35 years in agency and corporate marketing roles, Lauren is ideally suited to help lead the LOOMIS business development function. She's conducted advertising agency searches on behalf of hospital CEOs in her marketing role at Baylor Health Care System, so she understands the process from the most important perspective - the client's. With agency side experience in retail, banking, real estate, and more Lauren's broad understanding of marketing communications challenges and solutions enables her to quickly evaluate client needs and match them to the right agency resources. A proud alumnus of Southern Methodist University and strong advocate for disadvantaged youth, Lauren is also a creative spirit who's written a children's book series she hopes to share with the world one day. She enjoys photography, video editing, and traveling with her husband, and but her most rewarding work being a mom to her son.

Mike Sullivan - CEO, President

As our agency president and CEO, Mike is our alpha, leading our pack with over 30 years of experience in the agency business. Mike began his career with formal training in strategic planning while at J. Walter Thompson, before going on to amass considerable experience guiding strategic efforts for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Before coming to LOOMIS in 2001, Mike led successful agencies, one earning ADWEEK Magazine recognition as "The Hottest Shop in the Southwest" for two consecutive years. Today, he oversees all agency disciplines at LOOMIS, which was honored in 2016 as "Small Agency of the Year" by Crain's ADVERTISING AGE Magazine. As a leader, Mike focuses on building the kind of company that delivers peak career experiences for his talented team. LOOMIS has earned a spot on The Dallas Morning News and Dallas Business Journal "Best Places to Work" lists for multiple years. Mike is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys travel near and far, and he loves his Texas A&M Aggie football. For Mike, Nirvana is participating in any of these activities with his family.

Paul Loomis

In 2001, Mike Sullivan took the reins as president of LOOMIS, and under his leadership LOOMIS blossomed into the country's leading challenger brand agency with a roster full of regional and national clients. Having run a previous shop that had twice been named "Adweek Southwest Agency of the Year," Mike understood what it takes to build and grow a leading advertising agency. For the past 20 years, Mike has run point along with partner and COO Julie Ondrusek as LOOMIS became known for helping challenger brands discover and embrace their hidden advantages to fuel success.

Tayler McCarthy

In her years at The LOOMIS Agency and 15 years of additional industry experience, Tayler uses her empowering and positive attitude to motivate others to create award-winning work for clients like Papa Johns, Rug Doctor, Fitness Connection, Black Bear Diner, Texas Dairy Queen, Rib Crib, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Sonic, Microsoft Store, Applebee's, Capital One, and JCPenney just to name a few. While her career began in the traditional space, she moved into digital early on, and has played a pivotal role in spearheading the gap between traditional and digital for many clients. As a creative director, she fills her days with making the world a more beautiful and conceptual place. She loves learning new approaches, new outlooks on strategies and loves presenting those ideas. She applies her love for visual design to her personal home space, and when she is not gardening or playing Rockband with her husband, the total girl mom spends time entertaining her two little girls with princess tea parties, playing beauty shop, and hunting zombies.

Tina Tackett

As executive creative director at LOOMIS, Tina delivers an extraordinary eye for design, a strong talent for art direction and a creative mind for marketing that's help brand our clients for more than 20 years. She is best at leading, inspiring and elevating the overall level of creative work on a consistent basis, continually improving the look and feel of what LOOMIS does for our clients across the board. Before joining the creative team at LOOMIS, Tina sharpened her skills at The Wittmann Group and Beckett Publications where some of her accomplishments included art directing eight national sports magazines and several high-profile books (for professional athletes such as Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, and Cal Ripken Jr.). Since joining LOOMIS, Tina has repeatedly earned recognition for her work and creative talent winning the Dallas Ad League's prestigious Eagle Award as well as numerous creative awards including Best In Show at the national Davey Awards. Tina is a proud graduate of The University of North Texas with a degree in marketing and advertising. Outside of the office, she's a devoted Mom to her daughter, a sought-after photographer, globe-trotter and lover of live music.
