Mr. Solomon has a professional background in executive management, Investment Banking and Real Estate Development. Prior to joining the team Mr. Solomon previously held an executive role in economic development in Kansas City and has also been a multiyear consultant to the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation.
Mr. Solomon holds Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Public Affairs and is an alumni of the University of Missouri system.
Growing up in rural Missouri, he is committed to and understands the basic infrastructure that healthcare represents for rural communities across the country.
Tom Carter serves as one of the co-founders of Noble Health Corp. Tom has worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years representing hospitals, home health companies, and national healthcare companies in multiple states throughout the Midwest. He also helped grow a not-for-profit physicians advocacy association from one state to over twenty states.
Most notably Tom is a 30 year plus political veteran having worked with Senator Blunt from Missouri for 26 years. He was also instrumental in helping Governor Matt Blunt in his successful race for Governor, as well as serving on the advance team for President George W. Bush in Missouri for eight years.
Raised on a working family farm, Tom has a passion for the resilience of rural communities and works to strengthen rural hospitals and the vital link they serve in rural America.
Faith, family, and an active member in Boy Scouts since a child are the foundations of who Tom is. Rural healthcare and a strong community hospital is as much a mission as it is a vocation.
