About Us...The Octorara Soccer Club (OSC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in the Southern Chester County Area serving boys and girls between age 4-18. We are dedicated to not only developing young soccer players, but also to providing our youth with a positive environment in which to develop the positive attributes that team sports provide. Our History... The Octorara Soccer Club (OSC) started off with a single adult team in 1964 founded by Gene Davis that played in the Delco Soccer League. In 1969, that team morphed into multiple teams and a summer league..
