Adam Cherry

Adam started his career as a communications planner in agencies working on high profile accounts such as 20th Century Fox, Sony Electronics and COI. He joined Posterscope 15 years ago to head up its global expertise in DOOH, being responsible for all DOOH planning in the UK as well as working with Posterscope's worldwide network of offices to develop their own DOOH planning expertise. In 2016, Adam turned his focus to the emerging landscape of dynamic OOH, developing our Liveposter technology, and now oversees all day-to-day operations.

Alex Marks - CMO

Job Titles:

With more than 20 years experience as a marketing professional Alex has worked with agencies such as Zenith, i-level, and Dentsu, and has held senior client-side marketing roles at both Microsoft and eBay. He joined Posterscope last year to help develop the brand and drive new business. He also works closely with our client and innovation teams to add value through his years of industry experience and ensure a client perspective runs throughout our response to client briefs. He is a published author, regular commentator, writer and conference speaker on marketing issues and formerly a blogger for The Marketing Society.

Andy Matthews

Andy has been a media professional for over 20years working on the agency side of the business with a focus on delivering for clients. He has a wealth of experience in Media Buying and Client Management and OOH commercials. He manages Posterscope's relationship with all media owners ensuring all clients get the most from their OOH spend with market leading pricing and service

Jo is an award-winning creative graphic designer with over 25 years experience. Before jumping sides into the world of media, Jo managed design studios within the world of Ad agencies which gave her a wealth of integrated experience and a strong commercial awareness. She remains a very hands-on designer and loves the challenge of a new creative brief, which makes her the go-to member of the team for creative visuals and ideation for new business and within the dynamic OOH creative team.

Katy Hindley

Katy is a highly skilled Innovation Director with over 15 years experience in managing multiple stakeholders at a senior level, delivering dynamic, programmatic, and innovative OOH solutions to help brands grow. She provides strategic support and idea generation for national & international clients, as well as supporting smaller businesses. A dedicated follower of fashion, she has built a strong network across multiple disciplines, including being selected to judge this year's Ocean Art of Outdoor and The Drum OOH awards and is a frequent guest speaker at IAB seminars in educating delegates on the power of data and creativity and how to create for digital.

Lyndsey Westney

Since joining the company as an Account Assistant almost 20 years ago, Lyndsey began her OOH career working across a number of Direct Appointments where she developed strong client servicing skills. Following spells working across Dentsu agencies and Havas Media, Lyndsey now leads the Posterscope Independent Agencies and Location-Based campaign OOH team, specialising in highly detailed OOH campaign planning. With a passion for 'growing our own', Lyndsey has been heavily involved in Learning and Development across Posterscope for a number of years.

Natalie Bishop

Natalie has been at Posterscope for almost 20 years looking after the OOH trading and pricing of new business across a multitude of agencies and clients. She has worked with the smallest to the largest of budgets, creating bespoke trading solutions that deliver the best value for our clients. Natalie is also at the forefront of pricing for new business, ensuring that the rates at which we pitch are the most competitive possible. Our success with winning the Government and more recently, BMW and Molson Coors are testament to our expertise in this area.

Russell Smither

Russell is our award-winning Head of Research & Insight with 20 years experience spanning research and media agencies and Outdoor specialists. Russell is responsible for growing both Data Partnerships and Insight at Posterscope. Through Data Partnerships, he works with third-party suppliers, gaining location intelligence to enhance OOH planning, whilst his insight role involves conducting studies on campaign performance, and research into consumers' engagement with the out of home space.

Scott Green - Chief Strategy Officer

A media professional for over two decades, Scott initially worked in guerrilla/ambient media for music industry clients before swapping bands for brands and joining Posterscope as a planner 15 years. ago. Scott works with clients across a range of categories to help brands define the most effective way of using OOH communication to grow their businesses. His focuses on understanding a brand's challenge, their media strategy and their consumers in the context of OOH to determine how it can deliver effective brand performance.

Tim Sapsford - Managing Director

With more than 20 years experience, Tim is a seasoned and award-winning operator in the OOH industry. Having run Zenith Media's OOH business Tim joined Dentsu in 2018 as Managing Director of Liveposter, where he led the expansion of the platform to its current position as the leading dynamic OOH ad-serving platform in the world. In 2021, Tim became MD of Posterscope, combining his OOH experience and tech know-how to help grow our business further, most notably through winning the UK Government OOH contract - the largest OOH account in the market.

Tom Ransome

Tom has 25 years' experience across all aspects of the OOH market, and has worked with clients spanning a whole spectrum of sizes and spends to deliver award winning campaigns and bespoke solutions to meet business objectives. His OOH knowledge and know-how are second to none and this experience is a huge asset in a dynamic and rapidly developing market. Tom runs our Open@Posterscope team, a specialist unit within Posterscope dedicated to independent agencies.
