ONE TOGETHER EARLY INTERVENTION

At One Together Early Intervention we act as your guide, supporting you with knowledge, strategies, and connections, whilst taking a holistic and family-centred approach, tailored to you and your child's individual needs... At One Together Early Intervention we become your guide. We start by working with families, identifying priorities, and forming the team of professionals around you and your child. We get you started with initial strategies and supports, develop a 12 month plan with you, and work with existing professionals so that early intervention can start. With a plan in place, we ensure that the right intervention happens in the right order at the right time... We provide ongoing coaching and training to you and other professionals working with your child to ensure consistency, and the implementation of strategies across natural environments. We will establish a team around you and your child with a focus on achieving goals, resulting in progress
