The 40-acre property has everything needed to build an outstanding retriever. A large, mowed training field for drill work, an area to throw landmarks and handling hills with elevation change and cover for upland training. The big pond has points and islands, swimming and splash water to replicate any factors a dog might face hunting or during a test or trial.
