The soul behind our restaurants is Master Baker and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" Chef Pascal Tepper, who hails from a long tradition of French bakers and still insists on preparing the base ingredients for a wide range of breads and pastries at our hub in rural France. An aroma of freshly-baked bread is the norm at our outlets, where we serve an array of delicious cuisine created from Chef Pascal's own recipes, from breakfast through dinner, early until late.
