Seasoned Cindy has been a CEO, COO, General Counsel and Board Member of a diverse group of organizations, both large (US Foods, US Postal Service, American Diabetes Association, Sidley Austin, LLP) and small (Good360, Easterseals of Maryland DC and Va, Digital Health Institute for Transformation) and Interim CEO at Move this World and The Asylum Seeker Assistance Project... Cindy created REDRESS, the nation's largest employment mediation program, in the US Postal Service, resolving over 80 percent of disputes and saving $60 million in legal fees. In the aftermath of a billion dollar fraud at US Foods, she established a comprehensive ethics and compliance program which included developing and deploying live training in ethical practices for 26,000 employees...
