Thomas Porzio earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Connecticut in 1979, subsequently graduating from the institution's School of Law in 1982. He is part of the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut and the Bar of the United States Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut.
