Frank Lloyd Wright

Job Titles:

Paul Ponitkoff

Paul Ponitkoff is an excellent realtor. When my wife and I were buying our first home he was eager to help. He knows and understands the process of buying a home as well as the market very well. Paul and the Navigate support team were responsive and helped us out the whole way through. I will surely use him in the future and have recommended him to a number of people already.

Sam Brannan

Job Titles:
  • Leader of the Permanent American
In the 1860s, Sam Brannan, the leader of the permanent American settlers to arrive, developed a spa similar to one in Saratoga, New York. The town was later named Calistoga, after Brannan's tipsy proclamation that he would make this area the Saratoga of California - which came out as the "Calistoga of Sarafornia." When Brannan's vision of building a railroad was realized, Calistoga became a summer retreat for San Franciscans.
