Our goal is to create a community of giving to help the most vulnerable among us, those suffering from poverty and homelessness. Poverty is everywhere we look. Depression is everywhere we turn. Both of these are places where small actions can make a big difference in people's lives... We also talk about $O$ being narrative-driven. That's because humans are storytellers, and stories change lives. We want to hear your stories. Not only will it make us better helpers, because it will allow us to better understand your situation, but it will also help us in our attempt to change the system... Unfortunately what that means is that often what we can say yes to isn't very much. We can talk to people, ask questions, listen to them, and try to help… and that's about all. In many cases, if not most, all we can offer is a referral to another organization.
