Hence we have formed waiver policy for some authors who are unable to afford manuscript handling fees... We maintain the highest standards of peer review of the journals with internationally recognized editors who serve editorial board of Scholarly Manager Journals. Our Preprints platform accepts a research article, review articles systematic review, and case reports which could be updated by authors and post another version of the manuscript to the community.
