Responsibilities included: drafting amendments to laws and regulations to implement Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); drafting regulations on pollution control and on environmental standards; developing enforcement notices; developing standard conditions for environmental licensing; developing procedures for competent authorities for EIA and environmental licensing; training; and institutional capacity assessments...
