Mr. Abdul-Mumin Yakubu

Mr. Abdul-Mumin Yakubu, a Chartered Accountant by training is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Mr. Yakubu has successfully completed courses and research for the Master of Science (MSc) Accounting and Finance at the University of Northampton,UK alongside reading Commercial and Corporate Laws of the English Legal system. He joined the Corporation in 1995 as an Audit Clerk and ranked through the positions of Audit Supervisor responsible for Business Risk Management and Internal Control Systems in 2000. He was promoted as Finance Manager in 2005 and later to the Head of Finance. He is currently the General Manager, Finance & Administration of the Corporation. He is a strategic thinker and combines a big picture perspective with analytical skills in evaluating and recommending corporate funding and recovery strategies. Renowned for his ingenuity in Business Process Improvement, Internal control and Risk Management system, Mr. Yakubu double as a Lecturer in Accounting, Audit and Internal Review at Zenith University College,La Accra, Ghana. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Kanokoli Rural Bank, Bole, Northern Region.

Mr. Al-Mumin Yakubu

Mr. Daniel Schandorf

Daniel Schandorf has over two decades work experience in the Information Technology industry and has participated in a number of capacity building courses notable among them are Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity, IT Procurement and Maintenance all from STIDIJ Ventures. Digital Government Summit, Enterprise Systems, Enterprise E-Architecture/E-Government Interoperability Framework all from Ministry of Communication. Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Systems from University of Ghana. IT Project and Service Management (ITPSM) from Intelligent Africa Marketing & Training. He is a strategist and has passion for brainstorming. Daniel Schandorf holds a Certificate in Systems Administration, Diploma in Data Processing from KNUST, Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice and an MBA in IT Management all from PGSM.

Mr. Davis Ansah Opoku

  • Mr. Davis Ansah Opoku MP
Hon. Davis Ansah Opoku is the Member of Parliament for Mpraeso Constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He started his public service as a staunch defender of civil rights and public interest with the Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG). He played a significant role in public interest advocacy as the Director of Operations of AFAG. He served as Deputy Director and executive assistant to the Chief Executive of The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) - (2017-2019). He Provided support in the launch of the NHIS Mobile Renewal platform, a convenient method to renew NHIS policy by dialling a dedicated NHIS shortcode. In 2020 he was elected in the general elections to represent Mpraeso Constituency in the Parliament of Ghana. He serves as the Deputy Ranking of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in Parliament and a Select Committee on Works & Housing Committee. In addition, he was recently appointed as the Public Relations Officer for the Young Parliamentarian Forum - a forum set up to boost the participation of young people in Parliament. Hon. Ansah is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast, where he read Laboratory Technology. He continued to the University of London to study Law and then to the University of Leicester, where he completed his program in Communication. He is currently in the final stage of his Law Professional Course and master's in Law at the University of Laws. He is a passionate advocate in human trafficking, cyber security, rural housing, and reforms in the justice delivery system. As an MP, he has devoted considerable time to use new media to promote participatory democracy in the discharge of his work. He actively supports grassroots activities, assisting schools, artisanal programs, and portable water for communities. As a developmental agent, he has ensured that his Constituency benefit from rural telephony, roads, and educational infrastructure. In 2021, the Forty under 40 Awards celebrated Davis as the most influential and accomplished young leader in Governance and Government agencies in Ghana. He's the founding President of Kwahu Professionals Network (KPN), an association of Kwahus from diverse backgrounds and co-founded the Youth Economic Dialogue (YED).

Mr. Isaac Tettey

Isaac Tettey joined TDC in June 2015 and has a rich experience in corporate strategy, corporate restructuring, business process re-engineering, feasibility studies, policy development and analysis, performance management, risk analysis and management, corporate governance and project finance/deal structuring among others. Mr. Tettey has worked in various positions in reputable organisations including Unilever Ghana Limited (UAC Textiles), Toyota Company Limited, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation and SIC Insurance Company Limited. On the international front he worked for Adas Financial Services, the Department of Health (Economics and Operations Research Unit) and Social Services Department, Oxford Council, all in the UK. He has served, and in some cases continue to serve, as board member for several organisations with varied operations including Insurance, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Pensions, Securities Advisory, Stock Brokerage, Microfinance, Registrar Services, Real Estates, University Education, Software Development, Church Finance and TV Broadcasting. He has carried out many consultancy assignments in the areas of feasibility studies, corporate diagnostics, transactions advisory, forensic audits, micro-project monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning and business advisory services for several organisations' local and international. Mr. Tettey holds an MSc in Development Economics from Oxford University (UK), MSc in Operations Research from University of Strathclyde Business School (Scotland) and BA (Hon.) Economics with Statistics from University of Ghana. In addition, he has a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Strategy from the Canadian Petroleum Institute/University of Alberta, Canada, Postgraduate Certificate in Performance Management and Rewards from RIPA International (UK) and a Professional Practitioners Certificate in Balanced Scorecard from the Balanced Scorecard Institute/George Washington University, USA. He is an NPRA approved Independent Trustee for Tier 2 Pension Schemes with several Ghana Stock Exchange training in Basic and Advanced Securities. He has attended several workshops and conferences in the Americas, Europe and Africa.

Mr. John Felix

John Felix Wardy joined TDC in June 2006. He began his career in the judicial service of Ghana.In 1992 he joined the judicial service of Ghana as an Assistant Registrar. In 1999, John was assigned the position of Circuit Court Registrar attached as a probationary position awaiting confirmation as High Court Registrar. In 2000 he was promoted to the rank of High Court Registrar attached to the District Court.Here,he was in charge of the day-to-day runing of the court and the personnel attached.His schedule include preparation of affidavits,writs of summons,conducting marriage ceremonies,strategically enforcing the orders of the court such as writ of fifa,absconding warrants and Garnishee order. In 2005, John as a high court Registrar was attached to High Court I,II,III and IV.Here,John served as deputy administrator for four different high courts.Quite apart from performing similar duties outlined he was also in charge of wills,settlement of appeal records and also doubled as a Commissioner for Oaths. In 2006, he resigned from the Judicial Service to join TDC. John holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Ghana,Legon. John is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners (Ghana).

This has drawn him into the Domain of key international commodity Trading Houses in Europe, North America and Asia. Mr. Nicholas Arthur was born, bred and nurtured in Tema. He has indeed lived all his life in Tema and still lives in Tema. In his professional life, Nicholas Arthur is a hardworking and self-motivated person, having excellent experience in general business, including supply chain management, as a Business Consultant. Mr. Robert Ayettey

Robert Ayettey is a Professional Chartered Civil Engineer who also holds a master's degree in Economic Policy Management (EPM). He has over thirty (30) years of varied and broad-based consultancy experience, including the provision of quality civil engineering and project management services. He is a highly analytical and an experienced problem solver. He has consulted extensively as Task Team Leader/Principal Design Engineer for several local consultancy assignments: assuming lead responsibility for planning, designing, preparation of contract packages and implementation co-ordination. He has provided Technical and Managerial leadership as Task Team Leader in the design and implementation of several large scale New Community development schemes at TDC Ghana Ltd. He has been Procurement Specialist and Advisor to a number of firms; And has chaired a number of Technical Evaluation Committees including the Evaluation of Consultants Technical and Financial Proposals, and reviews of draft consultancy assignments. He is a Senior Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering and serves as an examiner (Civil Division) at the Ghana Institution of Engineering. He is a Past National Councilor of the Ghana Institution of Engineering.

Mr. Samuel Abutiate

Mr. Samuel O. Asante

Mr. Asante joined TDC in February 2008. Before joining TDC he had worked in various capacities in different organizations. Some of the Positions he had previously held include Treasury Sales Manager, Gold Coast Securities Limited; IMC member NTHC Properties limited, Head of Asset Management, NTHC Limited; Head of Marketing, Fidelity Discount House and Head of Sales, Fidelity Bank Limited. As General Manager Operations, Mr. Asante's main role is to lead the operations team in growing TDC's business in the housing and serviced plots portfolios as well as ensuring high standards of service delivery to the Corporation's valued clients. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) Degree and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Asante is also a Certified Member (MCIM) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the institute of Directors, Ghana (MID).

Mr. Seth Abladey

Mr. Solomon Lartey joined TDC in February 2012 as Senior Procurement Officer. Before joining TDC he had worked in various capacities in different organizations. He holds HND In Purchasing and Supply from the Accra Technical University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Materials Management from GIMPA and a Master of Science (MSc) in Supply Chain Management from the Ghana Technology University/ Coventry University, UK. Mr. Lartey is also a Chartered Member (MCIPS) of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (UK).

Mrs. Brendalyn Aikins - Chief Legal Officer

Brendalyn Aikins (Mrs) joined TDC as a Legal Officer in November 2007. She started her legal practice as a Pupil and Associate Lawyer at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, a leading law firm in Accra where she first worked as a Private/Administrative Secretary for 4 years before proceeding to read law at the Law Faculty, University of Ghana, Legon as a matured student. She mostly worked at the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of the Firm. Mrs. Aikins continued with litigation at TDC albeit that she advised on legal issues in protection of TDC's interests and image. She was appointed the Board Secretary in December 2009, a position she held up to December 2016. She was also promoted to the position of Senior Legal Officer in 2012 and confirmed as the Head of Legal Department in June 2020. As the Head of Legal, Mrs. Aikins role is to manage, monitor and lead the Department towards inter alia, ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with laws and regulations; advise on legal issues affecting TDC's interests to pre-empt or minimize litigation; prosecute and defend TDC's interests and image; and ensure high standard legal services delivery to customers' satisfaction. These are geared towards achievement of TDC's strategic objectives and staying TDC above its competitors in the real estate industry. Mrs. Aikins holds a Private Secretarial Duties/Computer Appreciation Certificates, Cambridge Tutorial College, Jersey, Britain (1993); LLB (Hons), University of Ghana, Legon (2001); QCL, Ghana School of Law (2003) and a Master of Business Administration (Project Management Option) Degree, Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (2015).

Mrs. Gifty Caulley-Beamer - Secretary

She is a Chartered Valuer and a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS). She holds a BSC in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Kumasi. She has attended several Capacity Building courses in Valuation, Land Administration and Management. She serves on the Board of Regency Engineering and Construction Limited (REC), a Ghanaian company which offers Engineering and Project Management services.

Mrs. Vida Asiedu-Amponsah

Mrs. Vida Asiedu-Amponsah is a Chartered Marketer by profession. She has been a Chartered Member of Good Standing of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (CIM-UK) since 2002. She is also a Chartered Member (ProM CM) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG). Vida is a product of the then Institute of Professional Studies, now University of Professional Studies (UPSA). Vida in addition holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (Project Management) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. She is an experienced marketing professional with over 25 years to her credit as a marketing practitioner and has attended numerous professional capacity development programmes. Vida joined TDC Ghana Ltd in 1997 and has consistently contributed positively to the fortunes of the company. She leads the sales and marketing of the company's range of products and continues to create and maintain a brand image and opportunities to fortify the company's business relationships with its esteemed and valued clients.

Ms. Alice A. Ofori-Atta - Managing Director

Ms. Valarie B. Ashitey

Valerie has been in the banking industry for over 20 years. She is currently the Head of Branch Network (Retail Banking) at Sahel Sahara Bank and part of the Executive Management Team. Prior to joining Sahel Sahara Bank she worked for several years at Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) in various positions/roles. She was a Corporate Relationship Manager for various business sectors. She also worked on the Canadian International Development Agency Budgetary Support Programme. She was later appointed the Corporate Regional Manager for the Northern Sector with oversight responsibility for the Western Region. During her tenure with the Bank, she was head of the Large Corporates and Multinational Team and later headed the Agribusiness, Manufacturing and Commerce Teams. She represented UMB on the Board of Fonds de Guarantie des Investissements Prives en Afrique de LÃ Ouest (GARI) in Togo.
